Hosting Online

I have opened all the nessacary ports, turned off Zone Alarm but I still can't host online. ( I have a router.) Is there anything I could do to allow hosting?
BTW my oparating System is Windows XP.

this has been a weird known problem. Download Jazz2 1.23+ and see what happens. That's what fixed my hosting problems. You can get it here.
