Noname topics

I don't know if this was already asked but... I've seen some topics without name and want to know how can I access them. They have no text and no link to click.

Oh you mean like my two topic that are blank. No clue, Blank Topics like mine probably mean they should be closed. Well I wanted to get my topics closed.

You might be able to guess the topic number and access them that way, but where are these topics?
