Carrotade doesn't run under WINE

I was trying to run it on WINE under Linux. I’ve got that:
freefull@linux-FreeFull:~/.wine/drive_c/Games/Jazz2> wine carrotade.exe

Carrotade was in JJ2 directory, C:\Games\Jazz2 .
My server was running at that time.
I'm using WINE version 0.9.28 .
Maybe I need some .dll's , but it's the only program that doesn't
display which ones. Every other utility ran fine. In previous versions of WINE I had to turn DirectSound off to get sound in jazz.

Can someone help me please?

Edit: Now I'm using WINE version 0.9.30, nothing got better in the carrotade aspect.

I remember having troubles to make Jazz2DLL.dll work under WINE back when I still used some Linux... btw.

I just tried it, and I've got:

There was a problem loading NeoAC. Make sure the DLL (NeoAC.dll) is in your Jazz2 directory.

Both executable and dll were in jazz2 directory.

Edit: I don't know, maybe I have to edit WINE registry...

That wouldn't make sense, as jj2 doesn't need to use registry
