National Cup in way of The Duelist Invitational?

I want to hear people's opinion on this...
Should the National Cup (which is currently going to start this friday,) be postponed so that Quickz's Duelist Tournament can be finished (/carried on to it's final stages) before the National Tourney starts?

Now, I don't want your opinion concerning the National Cup itself, but what do you think...
Should it not start while QZ's duelist tourney is still going?

Both tourneys have nothing to do with eachother. That's stupid to delay Nations Cup because of some 1v1 tourney, while we even don't know when Quickz's tourney will end.
I'm sure that people would lose interest in playing in Nations Cup if you postpone it. Postponing the tourney would make it also impossible for some countries (like Israel) to even play in it.
If you delay this tournament once again, I'll leave it.
