I used to go to tron-sector, a website devoted to the whole tron franchise. Tron 2.0 was an awesome game, but It didn't sell well and eventually lost support from the company that made it, and now only a small group of people get on to play every now and then. They had this thread called "meet me on the game grid".

So I thought I would make a thread like that.

I got a server up right now, hoping someone joins. I'll leave it on for a while maybe.

Ah, sorry. My dad won't let me open our router up.

But this thread can still serve the purpose of getting people to join your servers and it might be good if it was stickied.

Well, Jazz2 isn't very popular these days, but still, there's always at least a few servers up. I don't think we really need such a thread.

People can always see what servers are up, and simply checking the Games in Progress list is a lot simpler than checking how long it's been since someone posted in a thread.
