Actually I am also a PS newbie, I don't know if I can do the same stuff cooba did :-) just speaking out what I see.

On a more serious note:
The effects in the image are pretty awesome, but I suggest to keep as many shapes as recognizable possible. And maybe a slight hint to what you mean with "Jazz in danger".
