How many JJ2 players live in North America?

At one point early on, (when JJ games were still released in the US..[grrrr! Darn you Epic Megagames!]) many, if not most of the players were from North America, but since TSF, I'd say most of the North American players have fallen away (I think, in my own little world)x.x



So, my question is, how many people that play are from North America?

Remember that all JJ games (except HH98) were released in Europe first (the current JDC champion is european, too, btw ;-).

But seriously, its complete nonsense that, "since" or because of TSF, the number of players from North America has decreased. Its more like a lot of new players from Europe joined. My guessing is that the balance always was like 50% America, 50% Europe at 1.23 times...it may have changeed to 40/60 or even 30/70 when TSF came out, thats right.

I live in Maryland, in the Washington, D.C. area. I know another person who is also from Maryland, but unless he wants me to, I will not say his name. (Yeah, he probably won't care ... but whatever http://jazz2.nagcentral.com/forum/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif ). Also, my best friend PJ2 (anyone remember him?) is from MD, but he hasn't played JJ2 for years. (BTW: he was the one that introduced the original JJ1 to me all those years ago).

Come on, I know there are hundred's of us North America Jazzers ... and does it really matter? I think a better topic would be simply 'Where are you from?'. Don't try to divide the community into Europeans and North Americans. Not that you are, but just ... don't try to. Err... try not to. Whatever, that won't happen anyways!
