As usual, your piece is done with a lot of style and flair. Applause.

His right hand gesture doesn't really work for me. The index finger is curled inward or something and it's really not that natural or good looking. And if it were to be normal, that finger would be twice as long as all the others. More about the right arm, the elbow is very tube like, whilst the other elbow is pointed and edgy. Keep them consistant primarily, but I prefer the pointed look to the tube look. It has more direction and control. More on consistency, the right arm has a very pointed and edge sleeve, while the left has a sagging and curved out bottom. In this case, I like the curve more to provide balance, but it's up to you. The forearm of the left arm needs a bit more form to it. It curves out incorrectly. The apex of the forearm is about a third up from the elbow, while in your case it widens most a little ways down from the wrist. Also, define the left hand a little bit more. The only clue as to whether it's palm up or down is the thumb and the pose, but it's easy to see it as either or. Also, your fingers tend to bulge most at the tip, but the pinky on that one has the bulge in the middle. On that note, your finger lengths look off, but I don't know if that's stylistically, so I'll let it be. His legs shrink to a point. Try to make them end sorta in each shoe, or have the left shoe begin behind the right one so that it looks like each leg goes into it's shoe.

The bad guys are hilarious. I can't give much of a critique on them because they're fine looking.

As for the composition aspect, I can't really tell how he survived or how he was really in any danger. Clarify what the goatee actually did, either by making it a full comic, or having the goatee saw the rope or something. Cause really, my only conjecture is that it broke the pencil enough to make it sag by an inch so his feet would touch the ground. If this is the case, then he really wasn't in much danger because the rope has enough extra length to allow him to stand a few feet from the perpendicular of the...hanging rig. I forgot the actual term, and as such, linearly he'd have plenty of slack and be able to rest upon the ground.

Your work is overally sketchy looking. Draw long, smooth strokes with your pencil, and it'll help you really lock into your style. Great job though, love the humor.

Dear God,
I like pencils, too.

Nice parody. Unfortunately, some humor tends to get lost in sketchy drawings because it's harder for the eyes to make out what is actually presented. A quick ink-job works wonders.

Dear God,

Radium likes ink, too.

( Sorry, I just couldn't let that pass. *grins*
It's still a really awesome style you have there. Too bad I don't know what it's about. I don't get it. )
