Risp, Strat, Dev and I were in Open Canvas and looking for something to draw (though as far as I know, Dev idled the whole time), so we turned to the D&D Adventure Hook Generator (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/hookgenerator) for inspiration, and got something about an evil cleric of some unholy cult that was burning villages.

Strat drew the cleric, Risp did the flat colors, and I drew the buildings and did the shading.

Also, the WPE (OC replay) file if anyone is curious: http://foxmage.com/PyroCleric.wpe

I'm amazed you managed to teamwork enough to get a whole picture out of it, most full OC pictures trend to leave white space between each other's works.

Sadly, the picture also shows how limited the program is. ;-|

This picture reminds me of something...Haha, halfway through drawing the tavern I noticed the exact same thing. I figured burning villages were generic enough that nobody would draw a parallel. Blame the random plot hook generator for the idea.

It occurred to me that I had forgotten how to draw over the summer, so Strat and Risp and I decided to OC it up again!

We started out with the intent of drawing a battle between fantasy cliches. We ended up with a DISCO BATTLE between your average dark elf and Samuel L. Jackson on a dragon. I guess the dragon is clawing a very small fat person. Elf by me, dragon by Strat, colors by Risp, shading by me.

And here's the same thing when Risp inverted the shading layer:

Not sure what happened here but it's cool too:
