Razz is a character developed by Noogy (Dean Dodrill). He was originally meant for inclusion in Jazz Jackrabbit 3, but as the game was cancelled, he has not been in any official games. A fan made game, which has also been discontinued, was made centered around Razz; Razz Arena.

Razz was supposed to be an inventor type of character and a cousin of Jazz and his siblings (I think).
