1.23. I don't care about the "features" 1.24 has. I like 1.23 more as a level maker; not as a player. I feel that it is nessicary for me to make my levels compatible with everything.

Okay. Pro/Cons of 1.24 (TSF).



PRO:

1. A female char (for female Jazzers). You know who *2 lazy to say*

2. Nice 3 new tilesets and music in TSF eppie.

3. JJ2 eppies FREE!



CONS:

1. JCS levels made with it are non-compatible with 1.23 JJ.

2. Lori has too weak Jump.

Why is it Better?

Cause i'm english and 1.24 is basically all dutch, and almost all servers come on late.

Also, Lori has flaws that make her 'worse' than jazz and spaz. Like she can't use a copter, or jump high. But (using a glitch I found) Lori can go through springs (usually in hotels) without ice.



But 1.23 rocks!

1.24 is not "basically all dutch". There are people from many different European countries. Not every foreign language you hear, dear Americans, is dutch :-)

And the servers don't "come on late", if you are in Canada, they come on *early* for you (Prime time in Europe is about noontime in North America).

My reason:

The "Kitty Katts" (I named the cats that name to match the "Doggy Doggs"). I like to put them wherever you could put a cat.

The tilesets. I LOVE the TSF tilesets.

I do NOT like Lori. She is a WUSS. She's a girl trying to do a man's job. I play as Spaz because he has the best moves. I do not design TSF levels with Lori in mind, BTW.

TSF! I like it mostly because of the great haunted house music and tileset (hard to use though :(). Lori is a nice addon, but the game could do without her as well.

TSF comes with 9 special TSF levels, (all top quality, of course) Lori, and a JCS that supports HUGE tilesets. :D

TCC99 is HH98 only with Lori, a lot of xmas stuff in the menus and maybe something else.

Well, as i said before in another thread, there are Shareware versions, older versions (1.22, for example), versions by other publishers (Europeans don't have GodGames distributions, for example, or the mysterious "Black Friar" versions from the UK), Demos (TSF!), OEM, Beta and unfinished versions. But you're right, JJ1, JJ2, HH98, TSF and CC99 is all you can *BUY* (hard to get them in stores nowadays though).
Not to mention the legendary "your friends will turn green"-T-Shirt, the J2 T-Shirt, my P2 TSF mousepad and so on.
By the way, if you guys have one of these (hey Shad), make some photos and post them here :-)
