Rain poured down from the swirling gray sky. It fell heavily, washing mud over the cliffside and causing blood to slide from a hares wounds and fall into splattering puddles. The world was transformed to a hazy gray nightmare.
A young hare stood almost knee deep in mud, trapped by a crowd of armed hares on the edge of a cliff. Wet green fur fell into his eyes, and with a quick movement he brushed it away to glare intently at a gray rabbit that wore a blue sash and faced him with its blaster raised and ready at the head of the crowd. The rabbit stood on a rise to avoid the mud where the battered youth was wading.
The gray rabbit returned the glare for a moment, and then smiled, an act which resembled more than anything, and in heart's intent was more like, a wolf baring its teeth.
"Come now, kitten. You didn't have to run away. Join the ranks. I always ment you to." With that he added, something like a mockery of honor, "You know we wish to avoid bloodshed when we can, Jazz." The gray rabbits still smiled. These last words were given a ring of affection, which "Jazz" would rather have died than hear.
'We want to avoid bloodshed.' At these words vile memories of that very thing ran through the young hares mind. Murders committed, wars waged, a peaceful world destroyed forever; years of loneliness and love turning to cold hate. All caused at the hand of this foul creature before him.
Like his enemy, the green hare also held a blaster. It was larger, but not as new or sophisticated. He knew it could still be as deadly.
Ka-shoom!
The shining bullet raced toward its target, but the gray rabbit stepped out of the way with time to spare. It shot into the arm of a large hare behind him. The gray hare sneered, once again showing an ugly fang. "Shoot him," he muttered unemotionally.
The cornered hare, face glowing with a wild light, turned and lept from the cliff. And it was at that moment that chaos erupted.

The cheeziness! I know this story sucks but joiners wanted (I am bored, I AM BORED! Thats why I do these things.)
BTW a kitten is a baby rabbit, just so that doesn't seem so weird.
