I can't suddenly playing

When I join on the server, I have recv 0 and CTO after some seconds. I can't host too. I've never had problems like this and this problem appeared suddenly, I didn't do nothing. So what shall I do to play normally?

Btw I dont know if its important but cant play too using hamachi.

Do you have a dynamic (changing) IP? If this is the case, re-forwarding the ports will help. This happens every once in a while to me, too.

I have that as well, ive tried it too and it still doesn't work :(. I forawrd my networks ip not my interent one. am i doing something wrong ?
