Recently there was a news post on BeyondUnreal that caught my attention. It was about a bunch of new player models for UT3 and among them was a green muscular model of a rabbit. Reading through the post on SkinCity confirmed my suspicion that it was in fact a model of Jazz Jackrabbit.

Looks like our hero did a bit of body building there. ^^

Aside from the fact that it is really weird having half of a "rodent" pack containing rabbits, the 'Jazz' model is pretty damned cool.

Jazz looks scarier there than he does when you select "Hard" mode. I think I wet myself.

That's actually amazing... and kind of scary. I suppose that's what he'd look like in some kind of nightmare about a Jazz 3 game...

Downloading.. I don't play UT3 that much anyway, but the model is like Jazz fitting in the Unreal universe, well done!

I recently bought a server (which will be used as a dedicated UT3 server, stay tuned), and I'm working on adding some good mods and characters to the game client - this one will definitely make the cut.

Stay tuned for images of Jazz in-game on a very high end machine (hoorah for a 5 billion poly version of Jazz)!

Hmm, the backpack is missing. For some reason, Jazz seems kind of naked without it. (Yes, I am aware that Jazz doesn't wear clothing either way, but you get the general idea)

The screenshots I promised are coming soon; probably tomorrow, in fact.

And yes, I will try to get some while using the UT32D mod.


The reason it's taking so long is that my server is taking a little while longer than expected to build. Also, the power supply hasn't come through UPS yet. :P

A bodybuilder Jazz with a backpack would look rather odd, but I have to agree.

jazz looks like a dog, but still looks awesome. i haven't tried UT3, but i'll play it for the sakes of this skin lol. awesome job!

The model that had the optional Jazz Jackrabbit skin was good enough that it won the author both the first <em>and</em> the second place ($4,500) in the Best Character category in the Make Something Unreal Contest! Spiffy.

You haven't at least hearld of unreal :O. Well it's basicly a very good fps game for pc , and now ps3 ? With plenty of skin mods added.

The only unreal game I have is the1st tournement and the 2003 one , what sucks since people play 2004 , and 2003 just seems to be a bug edition what no one plays ?
