I kind of like the UK box, the background is just a little busy. I've got the standard European version with a manual in English, German, and French (not sure about the last one). I've got the Secret Files manual aswell but that's just 2 pages or whatever..

What the heck do they write in these manuals? My Jazz2 CD came in a normal CD case without any labels (just plastic) and I got Jazz Jackrabbit CD, also in a blank case, with it. No fancy boxes, no manuals, no nothing =( grrr I feel betrayed. But I fully understand the game without the help of a manual.

I've only got the manual left.

What the heck do they write in these manuals?

If I recall correctly, JJ2: The Motion Picture: The Junior Novelization: The Game: The Manual contains the following

8 Page comic explaining main plot
Basic rundown on controls, ammo, shields and goodies
Basic plot explanations for all 4 episodes
A mini-walkthrough on how to take down the first 3 bosses

If someone really wants the UK Box / Manual / Disc that badly, they can have it off me, just pay the cost of shipping it to you and its yours.

All its doing is taking space in my loft....

That's the UK edition? I thought that horrible desing was done by pirets (I know this disc cover or however its called only from the pireted TSF discs that used to hang around everywhere). I don't really want this thing :(. Also how come you find these things? Do you have an eBay search fetish? :O

...Yes. I remember it was one of the most entertaining parts of jj2. Used to uh... look at it? when I was 5 or so. YOU LOSE!

eBay lets me know every day if there've been any auctions of even loose interest, and once in a while there's something interesting. Those of you who do not recognize this box or didn't know it as UK obviously don't use Haze's Hideout.

See now, I wasn't so wrong. I was talking about that Hebrew edition that is Almost the same.

One day I stumpled across a tattered, torn strategy guide at a flea market. Sadly the guy didn't take debit and I didn't have cash on me.

The worst part about it is that the strategy guide was only $1 :(

Trust me, you're not missing out on much if it was the Prima guide. If I have the time, I'll scan the strategy guide and put it online. The most interesting things are the concept art (which is pretty much impossible to find elsewhere) and the foreward by CliffyB.

I'm not too worried about it anymore. It would be nice to own, but I'm not too worried about it.

It was the Jazz Jackrabbit 2* strategy guide btw. In case there was ever one for JJ1 that you think i'm talking about.

Also Italian and Spanish. An impressive work of interlingual appeal but lower on interesting image content.
