I just fellt for sharing this.
The zeal servers usualy have around 1000 joinings per 24 hours (not unique players)
I had a feeling that the activity has been higher for a few weeks so I decided to take a look at it.

Friday 091030
ZA: 1454
ZD: 175
ZE: 88
Total: 1717

Saturday 091031
ZA: 1341
ZD: 355
ZE: 150
Total: 1846

Even if there are many players rejoining, we can´t say that JJ2 is dying this year.

That is a pretty good statistic. I know the occasional Days that i put Beta up for a few hours, its probably like 20 or 30 an hour (which is not bad at all)

I suppose the majority of these 'randoms' are joining without JJ2+ from the list.jazzjackrabbit.com forward?

Saturday 091122 (all servers was down 20 minutes for maintance)
ZA: 2093 -|Server Query| = 1727
ZD: 392 -|Server Query| = 192
1on1: 441 -|Server Query| = 93
Total: 2926 -|Server Query| = 2012

There was alot of server querys (probably becouse of the new GIP script (http://jazzjackrabbit.net/sgip)).
