so, what do you think about it? i must say i quite like it. the 'what's in the chest?' part of the gameplay appeals to me (the backpack is rather small though :| ) and so do the rpg-esque game mechanics. one of the better games i've played lately. though i haven't played too many of the newer games, so...

if you're playing it, what about your progress? i'm currently a level 23 centurion (Brick/berserker), doing the crazy earl quests and farming new haven (;P found my first Eridian weapon there).

If you want more backpack space, save the claptraps! Each one of them gives you a backpack upgrade for more space.

I know about the Claptrap Rescue missions, but when you hit New Haven and you can farm some, there aren't really many of those missions around (or at least I haven't found them at that time ;P). Then again you could sell the current inventory to a vendor, farm the weapons, sell them and rebuy the previous inventory...

still the new haven chests are wonderful. I have a 1100 (or so) damage Hyperion Colossal Nidhogg launcher from there, a Combustion Hellfire, an Anarchy SMG, a Pestilent Defiler, an awesome Atlas shotgun and some Eridians from there. Pretty good for my level (26 now).

Well I have money, so I have the game. It rocks, I've played it way too much lately, I'm a level 23 Hunter and a level 8 Siren, kind of wish it was the other way around cause I really like the Siren's skill tree more.

Whoo. Just beat Playthrough 1 with my Berserker (level 35. I got 2 levels in minutes on the last locations though lol, thanks badass-ranked enemies with hella lot xp). Final boss was a wuss though. I offloaded a bunch of rockets from my Crimson Nidhogg into his eye and he went down in seconds. I also don't know why people find Baron Flynt so hard. Sledge was much harder for me, but maybe I was unprepared and for those fights I had a couple of orange quality weapons.

Gonna start Playthrough 2 soon, but I need a break now. In 3 hours I went from (the Rakk Hive through the Salt Flats, Crimson Fastness, Enclave and the Eridian territories) (possible late-game location spoilers? but probably not much) to the final boss. Quite hectic.

W00t, so I did get the game for my birthday. I've currently got a level 7 Siren (will probably go with Berserker for next playthrough), and the game is awesome.

I went right out and got the Zombie Island of Dr. Ned DLC as well, which I am currently playing through. It is also awesome.

There are two playthroughs for each character to maximally develop them, so that'll probably take you 4 playthroughs :B
