Download this level (http://www.cowmuffins.net/stuff/mingfpack1.j2l) (requires the Beton Night tileset) and attempt to get into the bottom room with Lori or especially Jazz. (Also, enjoy your very small preview of a ground force pack.)
It's an attempt at an anti-Jazz system which is easy to get through (like the one used in older versions of Survivor) and also not susceptible to crashes in unpatched JJ2 (like the new one). I'd like to be able to test it myself, of course, but I'm too lazy to install TSF again.
If it turns out you can get through by sidekicking with Lori, I know a really easy fix, but I'd rather not add something redundant.

...Invented? You do realise it's a bug, right? RIGHT?!
EDIT: Oh, it said "Invited". Now I totally know what you're talking about. :D

LOL. Well the anti-jazz system is a bug too if you want to think about it that way. And maybe in JJ2+ they could add some sort of event where you warp to Spaz or Jazz or Lori after passing through somewhere. It'd be more effective than morph boxes...

I'd really appreciate it if someone would actually try this. You don't need to spend more than a minute or anything - any feedback is helpful.

I didn't find a way to beat it with Jazz, but with Lori I made it in the second spinkick.

I got Jazz past the system by having one player push the other via split screen.
At some point I plan on implementing a Spaz-Only mode. Eventually...

Whoops, can't believe I didn't think of that. Anyway, the level's been updated; I believe I've fixed both problems by adding a few extra tiles at the beginning. I feel kind of bad using such an inelegant fix, and I guess you could still shove Jazz through if you had two really coordinated players, but there are much easier ways to cheat at Ground Force.
