The problem is that you've saved it as a .png, and JCS can only read 256 colour .bmp or .pcx images.

It doesn't work... when I press build it gives me an error "couldn't load tileset"...
The size of the img is good... I don't know about the colours...

The problem is that you've saved it as a .png, and JCS can only read 256 colour .bmp or .pcx images.
ImageShack automatically converts every uploaded .bmp into a .png, so the original file may be (and I guess it is) a .bmp picture. It's rather obvious that lack of 8-bit palette is the problem though, and here you're right.
