If there were another Jazz game -- assume, for simplicity's sake, a 2D one -- how would you want the weapons to work? There are a number of in-series models to choose from at this point:
JJ1: The simplest model. There are a small number of ammo types, none of which besides TNT can be used when you're transformed into another creature.
JJ2: There are a number of ammo types, most of which can be powered up once to yield greater damage and to have slightly different movement patterns. None can be used when you're not a rabbit. Pepper Spray can fire diagonally, but the rest have their trajectories determined solely by speed and direction of fire.
JJ3: There are multiple guns, each combinable with multiple dream cells to create various ammo outputs. Ammo is not finite, and instead of powerups, attacks can be powered up by charging them before release.
JJA: Similar to JJ1 in that all attack types (other than the basic blaster) are finite and cannot be powered up, but each ammo has its own gun, sort of like JJ3, and different guns affect how heavy you are when moving around the level.
Is there one model that you think is best? Would you like to see some sort of combination of more than one of them, or perhaps incorporate other elements from other series or your own imagination?
