What's in your JJ2 cache? (Again)

Back in 2007, Bob made a post (http://www.jazz2online.com/jcf/showthread.php?t=17060) called What's in your JJ2 cache? Here is my follow up. Recently it's occured to me that a lot of wonderful JJ2 content has been lost to the ravages of time. I am thinking of making a site where people can upload their whole cache folder in a zip to make all the levels easily accessible. But in the short term, I am looking for people with really old cache's to send me their stuff, and I will make sure it's thoroughly backed up. The real jackpot would be if I could get my hands on the J2C archive, though that might be hard to find. At any rate, here is my current level list.
