Scotty Cone

There's a fellow named Scotty Cone who sometimes appears in the JJ2 credits in the Jazz 2 staff for having done Art and Animation. He's in the Avalon credits, but not the 1.23 or non-Avalon TSF ones, and I don't know about HH98 or CC99. Does anyone know anything about him? Who he is, whether it's correct that he contributed to JJ2?

He's also in the CC credits.

That refers to the splash screen (http://i.imgur.com/cwiGLkF.png) I suppose, as it seems to be in neither Nick's or Noogy's style, and CC99 is a Project 2 project if I recall correctly - which would match Edwin Bakker's Dutch name.

It also has a bunch of people who made the user levels included with CC99. Hey there, FQuist!

Edit 2: I vaguely recall some kind of connection between Noogy and Scotty Cone. No idea about the specifics, and I might be thinking of something else...

I'm sure the CC99 credits included a section with custom level creators, this 'Scotty Cone' might be a community member?

I Starting to thinking TSF Avalon is based on CC' 99 (maybe vice versa, CC' 99 is based on Avalon)
