I sent in a site request for help on getting back a long lost J2O account via:

It could be nothing. Just thought I'd give the admin team a notice about this:

By the way, next time save your screenshot as png, not bmp. BMP is big and you should only use it if it is ever necessary.

My apologies if 1.75 megs was too large for your download speed. At the time of the screen cap I just didn't feel like converting the image, but I shall for future uploads for the convenience of others.

It's not really too large for my connection, it's just some advice. Some people don't realise the size difference in formats. Even good connection speeds can have bandwidth caps. Though exceeding it is usually caused by too much videos/big downloads, it never hurts to be more efficient. I didn't know people can be that reluctant at times.
