View Full Version : Which do you like the most? ICQ, AIM, YM, or MSNM?

I like MSNM (MSN Messenger) the most because it is made by Microsoft and everybody knows how Microsoft makes such awesome programs like their crash-proof OS called Windows. YM (Yahoo Messenger) and AIM (Aol Instant Messenger) just look plain ugly to me, even though Yahoo is the best search engine there has ever been and AOL is the most reliable and fastest ISP in the world. I like ICQ the least because there are simply too little people that use it, I mean, come on, who here has even heard of ICQ?

ICQ is my choice.

ICQ. I've tried them all, and ICQ is the least annoying. Although those bannerads are getting on my nerves.

DIY AOL!

Msn and icq hve their advantages

like icq u can do diff modes like invisible that is very convenient and send big files

and in msn u know when the other person is typing and use the computer phone

I am for ICQ and only ICQ. Well, maybe a little AIM here and there (when was the last time I was on that again?).

Icq: Slow, doesn't work on one of our comps, a lot of people have it, you can send people offline messages.

Aim: Fast, works on both of our comps, a moderate amount of people has it, no offline messages..

Msn: Microsoft, can't send offline messages, is very annoying, needs stupid passport stuff, and not many of my friends have it.

My choice: Icq

ICQ is better, but I don't have mucho memory and of that it takes a lot. I use AIM becuase most everyone has it, or all my friends who are stupid enough to use AOL can talk me thru it. MSN is stupid and so is Yahoo!.

My family will yell at me if I do anything to ICQ... can't. I read about it, but I'll be flogged if I use it. ;-)

ICQ always. I find it more usefull than any of the others. (more than AIM and MSNM at least)

Anything besides ICQ defeats the purpose. So obviously ICQ is my choice.

ICQ.

btw, Addie, get version 99b again. It has no bannerads. I think you can turn them off in ICQ 200o also, but I'm not sure.

AIM takes up as much RAM as ICQ on the average. I use AIM more.

Since nobody is getting killed for plugging their sites, I might as well plug one myself.

Visit Spaztic Space: The Eternal Throne of the Egyptian SpamGod (http://www.jzinx.com/) for some cool shiznit and drop by Spaztic Space Message Boards (http://www.jzinx.com/ssmb/) while you're there. Also, go to the Gurus of Proactive Warfare (http://www.clangpw.com) website for clan news and views.

You realize, that up until recently, everything you sent over MSN messenger was intellectual property of Microsoft?
