It isn't much but still it's great such high-profile site wrote about a game we all love.

The charm just wasn’t there, because it was trying far too damned hard to be cool.
Lol. I thought that was Sonics thing until it became unserious in the '10s. But quite frankly Jazz never struck me as "trying to be hard to be cool". It's kind of goofy, especially the sequel. I think they're making up an excuse for just moving on.

I agree. I never personally liked Sonic's "I'm better than you!" attitude. It kinda makes me cringe. Sonic always tried to be better than Mario but it wasn't. On the other hand, Jazz is more of an amalgam of a funny and a badass character. That's what I like about Jazz.

RPS (and gaming 'journalism') is a joke. They reviewed the wrong game! We need JJ2 articles. Someone send them an angry letter.
The reviewer compares JJ to Zool. lmao

For a recommendation, he doesn't seem to have much good to say about it. And dismissing Mario and Sonic as "over-hyped, infantile nonsense" seems a little silly.
Can't say I see the point of this article, beyond filling the obligation of a game a day.

BS! JJ1 has far better level design, levels are packed chock full of awesomess instead of empty spaces that tend to happen in JJ2 campaign. Had more actual fun with JJ1 than I ever had with JJ2.

If we limited ourselves to official content of the games, none of us would still be here today.
