Avatar Transparency is not working

So my avatar was already transparent, but it was 64x75 pixels and this new forum layout caused it to stretch and screw up its aspect ratio.

So I decided to upload my avatar at proper 75x75 pixels this time. But now my avatar became completely blacked. As if the transparency is not working. I made my image was transparent [Check several times through photoshop]. So I guess somethings messed up here. Because transparency was working before I uploaded this new picture.
