I've reported shaker, but i've had reasons to this

You might want to share your reasons with me, beacuse I joined your server to tell you to rename player 1, or else I would delist it.

Later, you banned my IP so I couldn't see your player list and you renamed player 1 to another insult with my name in it.
I would like to know the reason for this behaviour. Because this isn't the first time that you are doing it.

If you've banned them from Puke Nukem. I've started to like you less after blocking them.

Shaker has the right to ban coolman/elec from his server, they're anything but angels.
That said, being friends with coolman/elec isn't anything to be proud of either.
A threat "Give me last chance or I'll change IP" isn't gonna help your cause, I think it comes down to point A: Just behave/control yourself and it'll be fine :-)
