MotD can't display longer strings properly

Message of the Day cuts off halfway through the screen and just disappears when using longer strings.

Here's a test build (https://get.jj2.plus/misc_builds/plus_dummy_motd.zip) for putting in arbitrary Message of the Day strings, to try this out, because I haven't been able to reproduce this problem with my own long strings yet.

(This thread is old, but the code for drawing the MotD doesn't seem to have been edited since then.)

Usage: the -motd command line option, e.g. jazz2.exe -motd="Hello world!"
