TLRS game ends when only one team is eliminated

Bug: In TLRS,the game ends after one team is out instead of ending it when only one team is remaining,that causes the multiteam tlrs matches to end before other teams get to be eliminated
Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn the TLRS gamemode on
2. Enable more than 2 teams
3. Eliminate every player from one single team and the game ends
Environment:
JJ2 1.24 with JJ2+ 5.6.

I agree that this behavior is incorrect and should be remedied or made optional. Thanks for pointing it out.
