Hello,
I don't know if this has been addressed before, but when someone gets kicked from a server, the host (Player 1) will flood the chat with empty messages.
This causes the server to crash sometimes.
I have tried this on a server with no active mutators or j2as. Tried with spam kicking enabled and disabled. Same results.

Thanks for the report. First time I hear about it.
Note: to reproduce this bug, the kick has to come from a remote admin, not the host.

I've not heard about this before either, but nor am I able to reproduce it. I tried hosting in both 1.23 and 1.24, both listed and delisted, having a client logged into the AllAccess group kick another client. No spam appeared in the game or chatlog that I could see.

Hmm, you're right. The only way I found to reproduce it so far is when a client kicks themselves specifically. It's probably more nuanced than that though.

I have experienced this with the CDF Server a few times.
Specifically when a remote admin kicks themselves, the server (player 1) will crash within seconds. No AV, just a regular AppCrash with plus.dll as the responsible module.
While there’s obviously no use case for self-kicking and therefore no need to prioritize a fix, I still like to recommend at least a failsafe that prevents self-kicking altogether.

It happened when I kicked a client as the server as well.

I've fixed this for 5.10 in the case of a client kicking themselves. However...
It happened when I kicked a client as the server as well.
I can't figure out how to reproduce this variant, so I'm leaving this thread open in hopes people will chime in with more details.
