Dark mode for JJ2+ chat logger

First of all, thank you JJ2+ developers for the work you pour into this project!

I would like to request a dark mode for the staggeringly white chat logger. Anything is an improvement to the current situation, be it full-blown suite of color themes, compliance to the active Windows color theme, or just a simple light mode-dark mode switch.

I gave this a try. (https://jj2.plus/misc_builds/plus_darklogger.zip) In theory, it does the following tests:


If there's a [Logging]Theme line in plus.ini, set to either Light or Dark, that theme is used.
Otherwise, if you're running Windows 10 or 11, it uses your default brightness setting for apps. (This setting was not present in earlier versions of Windows.)
Otherwise, it uses the traditional colors (Light).


In practice, I've only tested this on exactly one computer, so let me know how this looks.

Oh, also I removed the near-useless "About" menu option, and changed the bootup code so the JJ2 window goes in front of the chatlogger window.

In fact, I think moving the chatlogger behind the JJ2 window fixes the bug where people could not type if they started the game in fullscreen. Once again, though, testing on multiple computers would be good here.
