The new No Bullet Bouncing feature is enabled even on servers that use older version of JJ2+

The game should check the version of the server before deciding the state of the new feature (just like what jj2+ does when setting max resolution either to 800x600 or 640x480 depending on server version)

its not fair to play against players who don't get pushed by bullets.

I'm closing this thread, at least for now, because the offending code was entirely removed in 5.9. Depending on whether people raise new points in the main 5.8 bullet discussion thread goes, this could be reopened, but it's not needed at this time.
