I don't really hear it. The only comparison I can draw is the computersample based rhythm and a heavy focus on a lead sound. The melody seems far off. It starts with a solo that doesn't seem to resemble the style of jazz2.

I found the arrangaments very similar, above all for the electronic sound of the melody and at some point it sounds like in "Colonius" stage. And "Carrotus" too. I personally found it very similar. I think that the melody resembles the "Jazz 2" one, especially for "Carrotus". Point of views, anyway.
