Personally, I think this character is too generic and kinda boring and this is due to (developers?) repeating the same mistake over and over when going for the hot chick look when developing female characters.

Lori didn't need to be hot, tall, with big boobs, dressed and superlong hair, etc. She just needed to be cool and cute the same way her brothers Jazz and Spaz are: smart, undressed (no need to draw her boobs but just a small protuberance on the chest, if you don't sexualize a character you don't need to cover anything), with charisma and special traits.

Also her moveset feels kinda average; since Jazz has the helicopter ears and Spaz the double jump, maybe she could've had some kind of climbing skill instead of the same helicopter one that Jazz already has.

I wish someone could revamp her and make her more Jazz/Spaz alike, it would be awesome and fair to her.

There was already precedent from Eva that women wear clothes (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/PantslessMalesFullyDressedFemales).

Similar to Jazz and Spaz, Lori's an anthropomorphized fictional rabbit character. Although Lori is considered to be a rabbit, for a rabbit Lori seems alot more like a human. That's because she exhibits bipedalism, instead of 4 legs 4 paws, Lori has 2 legs with feet and 2 arms with hands. Real rabbits are tetrapods and don't exhibit bipedalism, contrary to humans. To anthropomorphize is to fictionalize an animal character while giving it more human-like character traits, such as bipedalism.

A wall kick might have been a neat vertical move for her. It wouldn't give her as much mid-air versatility as Spaz, but if there are two walls close to each other she could ascend pretty far and have access to unique areas using it, like in Metroid. It would also fit her athletic theme.

Lori is just a good looking female character, she was never intended to be an "overly sexualized", "hot chick". She was created back in the times when this modern loud minority that has a problem with good looking female characters (ironically, these same people complain about "misogyny") was non-existent. I and many other Jazz fans, aside of some guys like DrJones, don't find anything sexually appealing about this character, it's purely up to you to have inappropriate thoughts about her in your head or not. I agree about the Lori's moveset, though, but this inaccuracy was on the developers' part, not the artist's.
