Use multiplayer level start in single player when no others are used

When starting a level in single player mode in which only a multiplayer level start position is set, you start at the top left corner. Would it be possible to start at the multiplayer level start position if no other start positions are found?

I'm sure it would be possible! It's more a question of whether this would have any negative impact on existing levels... I'm not thinking of any right away but others are welcome to weigh in.
