Missing "Plusemoji.mut"

Once i updated the game and looked into the readme, i get informed that i am supposed to get the emoji example mutator, but yet i cannot locate it in my game's root folder

For now i am not sure if it's an error on my end

Thanks for the report! It turned out that the autoupdater did not extract mutators (and their dependent files) or translations. We'll need to do some thinking about what the ideal behavior should be, but for now, we definitely want it to extract the plusEmoji files. I've updated plus.zip and plus_install.zip, as well as the autoupdater payload, but anyone who installed 6.1 in the last eleven hours may need to download plusEmoji manually. Now that 6.1a is out, that's an additional way for people to get plusEmoji if they were missing it, so I'm closing this thread. Anyone who wants to discuss how the installer should handle mutators (or any other category of files), when run manually vs. automatically, is welcome to start a new thread for that.
