Consider depreciating the existing "Help" menu and making F1 an alias for Esc->Help

Would make F1 actually work in multiplayer. I assume nobody is "bold" enough to bind F1 to a meaningful action but who knows.
Easier for JDC officials etc. to say "Press F1" when people ask about the rules of each event.
"Fixes" that one issue with jjSetDarknessColor.
