Why do people hate JOL?

I've been playing in the servers lately, and whenever a JOL or a sign of a JOL joins ppl want them banned. Why? Am I missign somehting? Why would any person be banned the second they join a server, it's just not right.

Are you sure about your opinion? Personally, I get kicked/banned quite frequently because I'm an admin of iCeD's server (I'm an unpopular admin), and plenty of people don't really like me.

The clanleader (Roseta) seems to have a somewhat (awesome) personality. She kicks/bans people a lot herself, tends to whine about certain people, and sometimes hangs out with the most (IMHO) <i>(coolest)</i> people that I can think of. She (does) have enough of a sense of humor to know when people are simply kidding about topics.
JOL is generally thought of as a "newbie" clan, and most newbie clans these days don't get treated that well. Also it may be home to several multi-clanners, which some folks (including me) don't happen to like. =P

Derby: Context/Personal Attack edit. If you have "nothing" nice to say, know that "nothing" is not good enough to say. Try not to make that mistake next time.

No, but really, all this ranting and rebutting is highly ineffective. Each argument has been poorly backed. If such unnecessary fire should continue, then this topic really shouldn't be here (Sorry, Disguise). You may continue on this subject, but without the attacking, insulting, and so on.

Just checked banlist.txt... nope, no weird names or IPs in there other than previous offenders (none of which include you or your friends). I have heard of 1 or 2 of such incidents in the past but Megumi has agreed not to do so again.

Actually, I *will* expect you to obey some "lil feak on a game". Perhaps you should read http://www.planetgenotoxin.com/server/rules.php before you go into my server. It would help with these so called bannings.

Yes, I am a multiclanner too. I made up several annoying clan names and used them all under fake aliases, that SURE makes me a multiclanner.

Okay, look, I'm seriously thinking of resigning as admin so you folks are happy(cough). Eventually I can no longer handle the stress, getting attacked, getting flamed, everyone picking on me, people asking "why did you ban Radium," etc. It's getting on my nerves, making me irritable, and all that stuff.

Ex: Such as those fake clans (another Ex: SIC, JOLS (especially), QU, etc.). I don't think those clans really are a big threat (such as SIC. I'm Bill Nye ;) ) , but she sitll takes them far too seriously...

SIC! Hahaha, that was a little joke of ours that made her really mad for almost no reason. We were just all putting SIC in our names (basically we were bored...) and then she storms in and starts yelling about SIC being a newbie clan and why are we all joining SIC and not JOL? Also, (please don't edit this) in the past Roseta has spammed about joining JOL or her homepage, etc. Not that this is evil or must die, it just gets quite annoying. She also judges a little bit too fast. For example, when Sal and I were having our clone war, we joined her server, and she asked like one question, and I got it really fast before Sal could, so she kicked him thinking that I was the real one. Harmless, yes, but she should (if she was really concered about our cloning fun) have asked a few more questions, (which did get done later on by Radium).

Also, to Megumi:
I, myself, am not very fond of you, but I however agree with you being an admin. About them asking questions like "WHY DID YOU KICK RADIUM???????" I think that if the question why was someone kicked/banned has to be asked, then it doesn't need to be asked at all.

I don't dislike JOL, it is Roseta I am not too fond of.

The other JOL members seem relatively friendly. None of them (excluding Roseta) has been unusually hostile towards jokes, fake clans, etc., and I haven't ever had to kick/ban them.

And this is for Derby--teach me how to be <i>just like you</i>! then I'll stop losing my stupid, insane temper :roll:.

As far as the getting-off-topic-about-the-people-whining-about-me-being-an-admin-thing, I have this line: <i>Good for you, thanks, because after having a little chat with Genotoxin, I decided to stay on as a server admin to fix your attitudes [towards life].</i> :D

Geez, this really is an argument. I guess all these posts answer my question with a sorta question/answer. Never thought this would happen, all I wanted was a straight answer. I must say that I agree that this must be closed.
