Check Win.INI or Autoexec.bat for any suspicious markings like Run=Azyn(stuff)
Or try a back up one, don't try this yet, I'll see what I can find.

1) Find the file and tell us the location
2) From what I could find that wasn't very accurate it's a trojan... take precautions.
3) Start>Find>Files or Folders>Containing text> (Name of file crashing here)
4) <S>Send the file to everybody in your adress book.
</S>5)Send the file to a virus company and ask them about it.
Hmm, if you have a trainer of some sort see what's in the program that's in text mode... and if it continues to run after you've checked win.ini, check the startup of the registry, the start up folder, and autoexec.bat (maybe back .bat and use the .bak instead)

Everyone knows that command! *Looks it up* Erm..yea, anyway, use that and disable Start up programs, reboot, sit there for awhile and if you still get the error message...then...ermm...contact for more info, if not, its probably just using your startup settings to load itself x.x
Of course, if it's done something else and worked its way into other stuff, you're just screwed and it might be best to format. ;P
Start>Run...>'msconfig'
This will bring up a dialog box. Uncheck the load startup programs box. Then, your computer will restart. Follow the above instructions. ;)
