Ah, the view of the real world.
It's been a long time since I played Cosmo.
Keen 0wns that time :D
I see some of you people already drop-in to that site as a squad or something; "the move of the JJ2 community" :D

Yay Cosmo. I remember the first time one of those red foots came on screen. My father's heart started pounding. Very unexpected.

They're not very critical.. I've seen MUCH MUCH MUCH more critical people who were making fun of JJ2.

Buster walks into the room, a look of calm anger on his face.
"Somebunny here said somethin' 'bout my girl Jill..."
All the bunnies begin to shake...who would dare do such a thing?
"I'm not leavin' till I find out who the varmit is, and punish him good."
One bunny near the center of the room begins to sweat as Buster stares at him.
"Was it-"
"AAAAAIIIIEEEEEE! PLEASE DON'T HURT ME BUSTER! I'M SORRY! PLEASE! NOOOOOOOOO!"
"Stop your (//) crying, Executor, I ain't gonna hurt ya."
"Oh thank you thankyouthankyouthankyou!"
"But my fist might."
*KA-POWEY*
Buster rubs his sore knuckles as he walks out of the room, leaving a bunch of dumb-strucken rabbits staring at Executor, who has been knocked out cold.
"You bunnies remember, NO bunny talks bad 'bout my Jill."
The bunnies all answer as one,
"Oh yes sir Mr. Buster sir, no bunny talks bad about your jill!"
~Buster
Darn right.

Jill or the Jungle rux0red, but I personally like Xargon better. Electroman was cool too, although kind of evil. I used to like Heart Light a lot, too. Oldies, me nostalgic again.
Monster Bash was a very l33t Apogee side scroller, and about one of the only Apogee games I ever like =P
Although I used to have some really old lame learning-like games. Math Blaster or something, and some other word game. Those were both by Apogee and when I was but a wee little child I loved them.
Not a sidescroller, but Radix rocks the boat! I need to find that bloody patch =P

I have the demos for Heartlight and ElectroMan, but I think Radix has no demo. :(
Math Rescue and Word Rescue are both great. Of course, the graphics in Math Rescue are better, but still.

Maths rescue is that Apogee game right? And you rescue numbers from aliens? Ah I loved that when I was younger! I passed it too.

They should add Xargon and Duke Nukem. The graphics were not as good as Jazz 1 but I found the game play pretty good.

BTW, you all do know that Epic isn't selling Xargon anymore, right?
You can download the full version here at:

The Home of the Underdogs is a great Abandonware site, and incase anyone is wondering they have very scrict rules about warez (meaning, no warez). I used to sorta know the guy that runs this site, but I wouldn't recommend the message board. That kinda went downhill after he implemented Avatars (especially since he doesn't really seem to care what anyone uses...)

Derby: URL edit. Note: Abandonware is a grey area.

When was I yunger? About...7 years ago. Then I got a new computer and lost the game.

Umm, yeah, I know that, but The Underdogs has been through all the rounds with regards to the legality of their website and it's content, and have recieved go-ahead nods from almost all the companies whose games they represent (the rest either don't exist or don't care), and they have removed any games that the developers didn't want them distributing or that suddenly lost their Abandonware statis (read: most of the Epic games).
I think that, as Abandonware goes, Home of the Underdogs is the only truely legit site out there that tries to maintain solid relationships with the developers whose games they distribute.
