To the questions

a) Say I have a switch with the right animation tiles and I want to open some blocks How do I?!

The switch bit is easy, here's what you do:

Right in front of the switch, put a trigger scenery event (those new ones that replace the crate). Then, when that is activated, make it change the switch and the door you want to open ;)

As for the new mappers group, I'm in J2LC, and proud of it :D
