Is there utility that I can make events to use in the Jazz Creation Station?

You can use SCE's or MCE's (search for descriptions in older threads on this forum (use the search function ;))) to create "new" events.

And you'll be surprised how much you can achieve just by combining events in an original way and using some "tricks" in your level. :)

Where do you get that? I couldnt find it on j2o.

How did epic make the sprites? Where did they get that from?

Uh, that is stored in the animations file and can not be changed without sourcecode.

What's the source code?

It's a form of shorthand used by experienced players in CTF games to avoid typing long messages. We call it "code" because that's what it looks like to a normal player. I'll think of where "source" comes from later.

Stop asking questions! it is not posible to make an event. The Source is requiered and we don't seem to have that!
For MCE's you can visit Overlords site (see links page on J2O) or the one Janus gave you I think.
