Hmm.. (Colon1 Tileset)

In the Colon1 Tileset (i'm pretty sure its a default one), if you scroll down, theres a tile that says " dizz suxx " . I was wondering.. is it edited by some chance or something? if it wasn't.. why is it there? :p ( no offense bobby, i guess :p )
