That happens to me once in a while.

But to be more specific, what screen do you get? Is it blank or is there an error? Is it a J2O screen?

Try another day.
If you want to go to downloads for example try typing in http://jazz2online.com/downloads

Read....interviews?
See...comments?

Do you mean that you can see other articles that aren't in the interview section?

You can view a download but can't see the reviews?

But to resolve this problem faster, what screen do you get. You mentioned "no text or something." Does the "or something" mean you don't know what you saw?

Be more specific in this. Is there an error message? Could you take a screenshot?

As the progress bar at the bottom of the screen is still on, this looks like a case of the page not fully loading.

There isn't really much you can do about that. Try, as an experiment, waiting 10 or 15 minutes after going to the page. See if it comes up then.

This might just be a problem with your ISP too. Try a web-based proxy such as Megaproxy (https://www.megaproxy.com) and see if that helps.

I don't know what else you could do. This doesn't look like a J2O problem.

Well you probably are having the same problem as BunnyElmer. Can you get to J2O through Megaproxy (https://www.megaproxy.com)?

I don't know, this problem could also be something with your computer. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hey, i noticed you were funning norton firewall 2002, so am i.
I disabled it and i could log in to j2o :D, then i re enabled it and j2o worked fine.
Try that

Well glad you got it fixed. I don't know why a Norton Firewall should cause a problem though...

Just out of curiosity, what happens if you click the "Stop" button in your browser (BunnyElmer) while the black screen is showing? Sometimes the page will partially show up.
