I tried to install Jazz1 on my friend's computer, but it has Win XP. I managed to Tppatch it, and the game runs, but the sound runs very slowly, and it jumps. I'm not sure if XP has anything to do with it, or if it's his sound card. I checked the audio properteries, and he had a sound card that I have never heard of before. it was called "SIS".. it seemed to be compatible with the sound blaster settings on Jazz1, but I'd get that sound problem. any ideas of how to make it work with this card?

Sounds like the guy has integrated audio on a SiS board. You could try checking the SiS site for XP drivers, but JJ1 isn't supposed to work under XP anyway.

Try pressing T, that does toggle turbo and that could be the problem.

I am going to get a new comp soon; mabye next week.
And it might have XP on it so I might have to just play it on my old computer.
