I've been working on a lvl pack for a bit, and have one question: HOW DO YOU MAKE A NO GRAVITY ROOM?!?! I've seen it done before, and I'm assuming it's done with water in one way or another. If anyone knows how, plz tell me!! PLZ!!!! (-P

If the water height is set to 128 or higher, the water becomes "Walk in water", which is a sembalance of no gravity. If you hold down jump in it, you go up for a very long time, usually until you hit the ceilling, or get out of the water. But eventually, given a chance, your jump does stop. Then you fall, slowly at first, then gradually faster. Double jumping in this water restarts your jump, only it takes a bit longer before your jump strength runs out.

If you want to try something new, look in the pallette for the water colors, and change them all to black...that might force the water to not be seen.

Yes Kaz, also the blue fur on rabbits will not be seen, I think it'll just be black though. (we are both talking about pitch blac- RGB0,0,0.)

Doesn't water use the textured background colors?

If you are using a textured background it would not work very well. I wonder if that would work with Overlord's tileset.

I don't think this would work, but you could try using float-up events in JCS to create no gravity lvls.

That would be Negative gravity, not No gravity. Besides, you'd get stuck to the roof.

then you just make the Float-Up events equal to the gravity. So, you're essentially stuck in the air.

Then again, you could buttstomp to go down... then when you're at the bottom, you jump back up, hit the roof, buttstomp, etc. It's all very... um, spoony.

You can't modify force of float ups, OR gravity. So that wouldn't quite work, unless you're just explaining it in a fashion that means something else to me.
