Atharin's a little late, but oh well.
Name: Atharin "Skyshaft" Tashne
Nickname: Atharin or Skyshaft
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Species: Cat
Appearance: Not particularly tall, Skyshaft looks a bit like a Siamese, with her pale blue eyes, cloudy grey fur, and darker hands, feet and ears. Her hair falls to just below her shoulders, and is a dark metallic blue, with gold and white streaks. She has the same stripe down her back as Firefall, only hers is white. Instead of her hands and feet being colored, like Firefall, she has a white band around her wrists and ankles, and a white tip on her tail. Skyshaft wears faded blue jeans and a white tank top.
Personality: If Firefall is fire, Skyshaft is air. Flying is Atharin's passion, and she hates being groundside. Nothing suits her more than being up in the air in a sailplane, a hangglider, a starfighter .. you name it, if it flies, she can pilot it.
Skyshaft is just as unpredictable as her brother, but a bit less patient and a lot less controlled. That is, she tends to say what she thinks, and has involuntary reactions (expressions, flinching, etc.) She's a bit more trusting, but just as dangerous, though she never has the unstoppable rage her brother displays. Hers is sudden and quick. Atharin likes people more than her brother, but still doesn't work well with them. Her humor, like Abanar's is biting and caustic, but still usually funny.
Weapons: Skyshaft wields an assortment of throwing knives, one high-powered blaster, and herself. Atharin is much better with the hand-to-hand than her brother, and executes flips, leaps, and her midair antics with deadly accuracy. Her precision with her weapons is unrivalled (except for the blaster, that's Jack Flash's arena =P) and most of the time her enemies don't even see it coming.
Skills: Skyshaft is a top pilot, almost unrivalled. She is utterly fearless in the air. Where Firefall goes around, Skyshaft goes over - or through. She's a blur when fighting.
Special Powers: Skyshaft can't fly, but she can control wind. She can summon a miniature tornado, and chances are that a fall will leave her unhurt. Completely impervious to things such as tornadoes, whirlwinds, hurricanes, and the like, Skyshaft is also unharmed by airborne agents like gas.
Weaknesses: Firefall has hydrophobia, well, Skyshaft has claustrophobia. She is also completely terrified of going underground. And her tornadoes have been known to get out of control.
Orientation: Same as Firefall.
Other: The Tashne siblings are always together. Skyshaft has a stunt fighter named Skygrazer.

Name: Sol Malcoria
Age: 25
Gender: Male
Alignment: Evil
Personality: A defect from the Carrotus Corps, Sol is devious, unpredictable, and typically regarded as a traitor. He has been known to work solely by and for himself, but he just recently joined the ranks of the reptiles as an informant, a spy, or, failing that, a warrior with balls of steel. Sol never backs away from a fight; in fact, he’ll jump in and start attacking everyone around him, even if it had nothing to do with him in the first place, simply for the adrenaline rush brought on by the heat of battle.
Sol is renowned for his short temper. If someone angers him, enemy or otherwise, he simply runs them through. Any time he’s been challenged after he’s slain a teammate, he kills his challenger. Several bands of pirates, theives, and other such miscreants have fallen to the amalgamation of Sol’s temper and skill.
Appearance: Sol’s orange fur has been powdered to a deep red, which also keeps it from looking shiny. His eyes, usually shifty as he looks for a weakness in an enemy, are mostly a dark blue, but his right eye has a thin silver line through the middle. He usually is seen wearing a black leather jacket, with no shirt underneath, and black pants with individual steel rings linked into the belt loops.
Weapons: Sol’s primary weapon is a glowing green energy saber, stored in a spring-loaded holster on his wrist, whose blade extends to almost three feet when he wields its hilt. Sol prefers face-to-face combat, and as such is masterful with the nearly weightless blade. At longer ranges, Sol uses a standard FragCan (short for fragmentation canister) launcher, stolen from a Corps base.
Special Powers: Some of Sol’s tactics with his sabre almost seem to defy the laws of physics.

Name: Kaya “Nocturne” Baltus
Age: 26
Gender: Female

Alignment: Good
Personality: Nocturne is an admirable creature, in that she humbly respects and is respected by those around her. She is very wise for her relatively young age, and does not hesitate to share her wisdom with others. A mother of two, she is very fond and protective of her daughters, as well as any young creature, especially since her mate went MIA and was deemed deceased. She also has a very potent interest in one Mat Batty, even though she’s only ever seen him twice.
Nocturne is not, nor cares to be, skilled with weapons. Instead, she volunteers herself to be a night scout, winging about effortlessly in the dark sky and tracing movement below her. She wastes no time in reporting anything suspicious.
Appearance: Nocturne has a coat of dark brown fur covering her small, lean body, and her silvery eyes are flecked with blue. Her ears appear slightly oversized, and she flattens them to the back of her head when something is too loud.
Weapons: None.
Special Powers: While most bats rely on echoing squeaks to locate themselves, Nocturne has an uncanny sixth sense of her surroundings, which doubly allows her to stay completely silent as she goes on her scouting flights.

Although I haven't wrote a war story, I will soon, so here's my character:
Name: RoWOdin314
Real Name: No one knows. Nor really cares. People just refer him as "Row".
Personality: Nice, caring, and alert. Does his best to fight.
Looks: Blue body, red blaster, and a silver headband which can reflect light when Row is cornered. He also carries a boomerang in case his gun runs out of power.
Favorite weapon: Seeker/Electro Blaster
Favorite Powered Up weapon: Pepper Spray
Motto: You double dipped the chip!
Origin: Some people think Row's a robot. Others think he's a turtle. Still others think he's just a greasy Italian who happened to be born next to the meat pies. But most people think Row's just a little twisted. And he is. ;)

Species? It looks like you're a rabbit until you get to the origins, and now I'm really confused.
Anyway, some profs I really have to put up before I implode from the effort of not posting them.
Name: Autumn Gale
Nickname: Autumn
Age: 32
Gender: Male
Species: Rabbit
Appearance: Big and rangy with green eyes, rusty reddish-orange body fur, and white ventral fur, Autumn wears faded jeans, a green t-shirt, and brown boots, cloak and gloves. His hair is sunbleached several shades lighter than his fur. Autumn is usually relaxed and wears a friendly smile.
Personality: Autumn is talkative and friendly. When nervous, he simply talks faster. Autumn is the soul of courtesy, and keeps his discontent, anger, irritation and negativity hidden beneath his sunny smile. He never takes his frustration out on others. Autumn loves telling tales of his escapades that are either extremely exaggerated or never happened at all. He seems to be quite shallow and sincere beside the complicated Benedict, but Autumn is shrewd, intelligent, and quick to catch on. You either instantly like him, or instantly don't, no in between. And the last one is extremely rare.
Weapons: Autumn has a pair of green blasters and a heavy, polished wooden staff, with metal-capped ends.
Skills: Storytelling (Autumn is a favorite at the War Tavern), making friends, and staff-fighting. He's a passable shot, and an ameteur tracker. He's good at encouraging slips of the tongue. His name and friendliness often make people misjudge him. And he knows the strangest people.
Special Powers: First impressions last the longest, and Autumn's are never wrong. He's come to trust his "people sense" completely, as has Benedict.
Weaknesses: If Autumn learns something that he thinks will concern or worry his friends, he will keep it to himself, often with disastrous results. He's also a terrible liar, and knows it. He couldn't be rude if he tried. He dislikes fighting, and will try to avoid it if it can be helped.
Orientation: Good.
Occupation: Wanderer.
Other: Benedict Fleetfoot is Autumn's best friend, probably because Benedict's the only one who can put up with having his ear talked off daily. Autumn doesn't understand Benedict's protectiveness, and nor does he know about Benedict's "curse".

Appearance: If Autumn is the sunny one of the duo, Benedict is the shadow. Silver-eyed, dark blue fading to black on his extremites, Benedict is always lurking in the background, quiet and mysterious. He wears dark blue jeans, a tattered black t-shirt, black boots, a dark blue bandanna and a slashed up dark blue cloak. He has several long scars criss-crossing his chest. Tall, muscular and imposing, Benedict looks like a storybook hero (or villain) which annoys him to no end. He is missing his right hand, and sports a mechanical replacement, which is always concealed by a black glove.
Personality: Critical, arrogant, and extremely sarcastic, Benedict is mysterious, takes everything with a truckload of salt, and keeps things close to the vest. An expert with most weapons, he is the first to jump at the chance of a fight. He loves to argue just for the sake of it, and often plays the devil's advocate. If you agree with him he will change sides just to keep the debate going. Arguing is his way to make someone re-think their motivations or opinions, althoug he always agrees with Autumn on the larger decisions ("should we keep fighting and die? or should we run far, far away, like now?"). He tends to be deliberately difficult to get along with. Benedict is reckless in battle, be it physical or verbal. He often provokes Autumn over the smallest details. Benedict's logic is haphazard, convoluted, confusing, rarely has anything to do with the end result, and makes no sense. His conclusions are usually correct, but how he got them is anyone's guess. Oddly enough, he is the first to counsel patience with important decisions. Benedict is complex and difficult to figure out. He is an excellent listener, and though the dark side of his personality dominates, he has a gentler side that is rarely seen through the sarcasm. A sympathetic confidante, Benedict's is a safe shoulder to cry on. His advice is usually sound, he knows when to keep quiet, and he always keeps secrets.
Weapons: Benedict carries a heavy blue blaster at his belt, and a nondescript katana slung across his back. However, he rarely uses them. He's more likely to snatch an opponent's weapon and beat them up with that instead.
Skills: Sarcasm, irritability, arguing ... oh, those weren't what you meant? :D Benedict is excellent at getting people to reconsider their motivations/opinions. He often uses this skill with Autumn, so that Autumn will understand both sides. Benedict is a very physical fighter, not relying on skill at all, although he can use pretty much any weapon made proficiently. His innate skepticism keeps him from taking things for granted, unlike Autumn who relies solely on first impressions. He always questions the motives. In fact, Benedict would have made a good investigatior if he wasn't so violent. He is an excellent and sympathetic listener, and always keeps secrets, even when ... pressured.
Special Powers: Benedict can take a mental "photo" or a scene or situation, memorizing every detail, down to how many windows were in each building. He can do the same with a phrase, or someone's voice/speech patterns, even if he can't duplicate it.
Weaknesses: Sometimes Benedict takes the arguing to an extreme. His recklessness in battle often gets him into trouble, and he is fiercely protective of Autumn. His overpowering sarcasm tends to make most people dislike him immediately - that and his arguing. His skepticism and distrustfulness often get the better of him, and he questions everything, even if it's a life-or-death situation. When he learns something he does it well; otherwise he's clueless, such as with piloting and common courtesy. He has no tact whatsoever.
Orientation: Neutral or good. Either way, Benedict will never oppose Autumn, or risk him.
Occupation: Whatever he feels like, often a mercenary.
Other: Benedict considers Autumn to be his "heart-brother" - they're not actual brothers, but they're so close they might as well be.

Gender: None
Species: Shapeshifter
Appearance: Mehr doesn't really have a fixed appearance. It changes to a new shape for every situation. Mehr has bvery little preference in the shapes it takes, although, when not thinking about it, it usually takes the form of a shadowy cat with blue eyes. Mehr can shift into a form with clothes or weapons already equipped if it desires to, and can use pretty sophisticated stuff, too. Its forms aren't all organic, although most are. Mehr's shapes are usually dark-colored, with glowing blue eyes, some are winged, some have gills, all sorts of stuff. Mehr changes very quickly and fluidly, and matches the shape to the opponent or situation flawlessly.
Personality: Mehr is cryptic, obscure, and mysterious. It is also solely telepathic. Mehr could speak in most forms if it wished, but doesn't as a matter of pride. It can use both words and emotions to get its point across. Mehr loves riddles, puzzles, and making a nuisance of itself. It will turn up at the oddest times to say something so obscure and strange that it makes no sense. Most of Mehr's actions are towards an ultimate end, but seem irrational and illogical at the time, so it has been suspected of seeing a bit of the future (it never says). Mehr is complex and difficult to understand.
Weapons: Absolutely anything you can think of. Mehr changes the weapons and clothes along with its form, although it prefers teeth and claws to swords and blasters.
Skills: Mehr is good at reading people (mostly because it does some unsolicited mental digging), and is also good at solving riddles and puzzles.
Special Powers: Shapeshifting is Mehr's specialty, and of course it's a telepath. When Mehr speaks to a person, it can read a bit of that person's emotions and thoughts, which it uses. It also seems to be immortal.
Weaknesses: Mehr is curious to no end. This gets it in all sort of trouble. It also has a fascination with riddles, and will do almost anything to solve one. Mehr's archenemy is Mental (http://jazz2online.com/jcf/showpost.php?p=198082&postcount=249).
Orientation: Neutral (or whatever side Mental's not).

Name : Iso
Age : 846
Species : Rabbit
Gender : Male
Appearance : Iso is quite tall and very skinny. His fur is completely black. His eyes are constantly fading from one color to the next, often giving him a very unsettling appearance. The only thing that's on him that isn't black is his current eye color, the insides of his ears which are an odd red, and the red bandana he has that keeps his hair out from his eyes. His hair itself is black like the rest of his body, but it's very long relative to the short fur he has on the rest of him. He keeps his hair tied into a ponytail on the back, but his bangs are still long enough to come over his eyes without the bandana. Iso is always quiet and reserved, while staring at things that nobody would care about. He rarely smiles. Iso may be 846, but he hardly looks a day over 20.
Personality : Iso is very unresponsive. Most people would consider him shy, but he is actually uncaring of the current state of things and other people. He never speaks unless he has something to say immediately. Iso is terrible at small talk and spends most of his time in deep thought.
Weapons : Iso hasn't fought in over 700 years. The last time he did, he slaughtered millions of his enemies, with only his mind, but shattered his sanity.
Abilities : Iso apparently has massive psychic abilities, but never seems to use them any more.
Allegiance : Unknown. Presumably evil.
Occupation : None.
History : Hundreds of years ago in a battle nobody has heard of in a now forgotten land, Iso appeared on night on the battle field. In a brilliant flash of light, a meteor fell from the sky, crashing down on the heads of a regiment of troops, Iso emerged from the flames that encompassed the meteor. He drew a metal rod, and with one mighty sweep summoned a wave of unrefined magics that slaughtered everybody and sank the continent. Afterwards Iso flew from one battle to the next, killing the soldiers and innocent alike, then causing the war zone to sink beneath the blue seas. After sinking at least 12 continents, Iso raised a massive temple from the waters for unknown reasons. Then he just seemed to become satisfied with his work, and resided in the small town of Derrius in what we now call today as Carrotus.
Shortly after this, demons started to invade Carrotus, with as much bloodlust and hatred as Iso himself, they ravaged the lands and pointlessly killed hundreds of innocent civilians. When they came to Derrius town, Iso staved their whole invasion with another wave of magic, unintentionally leveling the town and causing the south cape of Carrotus to submerge like the others. However, one other did survive this horrible incident. The whereabouts of this person are unknown, and even if he or she exists is still in debate. Iso then sank back into reclusion, and is very rarely seen.
Family/Friends : None. The only people he even confirms that they exist , let alone talk to, are seemingly random individuals who, like Iso, are very rarely seen.

Well, since there's been close to zero progress on both E:JF and SoT since I updated them last, here's a few new characters for you to look at.
Name: Fury
Age: 19
Gender: Male
*Species: Human
Alignment: Good
Personality: Falcon’s protégé, trainee, and teammate, Fury is a tireless worker, a prolific learner, and an invaluable ally. He has a distinct ability to think quickly in even the most harrowing of situations, and because of this he often improvises when a previously planned strategy capsizes. However, he is somewhat slower than Falcon in reacting to danger, and as such relies on his compatriot to keep him safe. Also, he is quick to anger, and several lives have been put in jeopardy by Fury’s habit of pulling and aiming a gun at whatever may be posing a threat, whether it is or not.
Appearance: Fury’s hair is a deep gold, swept back evenly over his head, and his hazel eyes hide behind sunglasses similar to Falcon’s. He wears a leather jacket, which he rarely does up, and a long bandana that trails down to his neck. His guns rest in reversed holsters on his waist, which are slightly frayed from overuse.
Weapons: Fury is noticeably less of a melee fighter than Falcon, and it shows in his choice of weaponry. He is typically armed with two AutoMag 3 pistols, but can use a good number of other guns with a degree of accuracy.
Special Powers: Fury is a quick learner, developing tactics for use with individual weapons within a few minutes of first learning how they work.

Name: Vanessa Hunter
Age: 19
Gender: Female
*Species: “Foxcoon”
Alignment: Good
Personality: Vanessa lives for speed. Everything she does, she does with a flair for swiftness. As a result, she is not only semi-professional in both F-Zero and Extreme-G racing competitions, but she has a customized vehicle for both. When she isn’t officially racing, she can usually be found practicing in one of her impossibly fast vehicles, half to hone her skill and half for the mind-bending rush of dangerously great velocity. Her younger sister, Lorelei, often stages friendly competitions against Vanessa, which is where the duo learn most from each other.
Not surprisingly, Vanessa is the same way in battle. She often uses her XG vehicle to fight, simply because it is armed with a generous amount of weaponry, and she is swift death to any target she chooses. Her main problem, however, is that she’s somewhat headstrong and overconfident, which often gets her into trouble, either on the battlefield, in her racing career, or elsewhere.
Appearance: A sleek-furred, grey raccoon-fox hybrid, Vanessa’s light brown eyes are usually behind a set of small, shaded racing goggles, more for keeping dust out of her eyes than for actually shielding against the sun. Her thick tail is grey, like her fur, but is banded with black stripes, and has a pitch-toned tip. Vanessa is very fond of her tail, and makes sure it’s an addition to her already-stunning appearance before any race.
Weapons: Vanessa’s main weapon is her XG vehicle, the Shard, which can be armed with most conventional land-vehicle weaponry. Failing that, or if her sister is using the Shard for its weaponry, her F-Zero machine Swift Hunter is also armed, though not as heavily as the Shard.
Special Powers: Vanessa’s reaction time comes close to zero, which aids her greatly in high-speed races.

Name: Lorelei Hunter
Age: 17
Gender: Female
*Species: “Foxcoon”
Alignment: Good
Personality: A happy-go-lucky creature if ever there was one, Vanessa’s sister Lorelei does almost everything on the spur of the moment. She has a tendency to throw caution to the wind and try everything once, no matter how crazy or dangerous it is. As a result, she has gained the reputation of a daredevil, and those around her know she’s likely to do something crazy at any moment. However, while this attitude gains Lorelei a lot of excitement, it also brings a great deal of danger to her. She has found herself in over her head more than once, with near-catastrophic results.
Appearance: Lorelei shares generally the same appearance as her older sister, but she is slightly smaller than Vanessa, and her banded tail ends in a grey tip. She also wears a necklace, from which a small, pewter 47 hangs. The 47 does not signify anything; she just likes that number in particular.
Weapons: To her sister’s dismay, Lorelei uses Vanessa’s XG bike, Shard, when she goes into battle.
Special Powers: Lorelei is very good at fixing vehicles, which comes from a good deal of practice working on the Shard. She has considered taking up a job as a professional mechanic several times.

I can't see any forces that can stop me from posting, so here's.
Name: Cooba
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Species: Turtle
Personality: Vicious. After Devan was lost in space, he thought that he can own his terrorist group, and 'coz the chaos appeared after Devan's accident with rocket, he did that easily. However, Devan was alive and he was surprised when seeing that one of his most loyal and accurative agents traitored him. In fight, Cooba wins and now he has Devan under control. Of course, nobody other from second group (or lower) of initation doesn't knows about it.
Appearance: Built like Devan, outfitted with blue skin and dressed like a sort of agent, he's flexible as heck. Smart like Devan twice, he built a evil machine that Devan planned to built after his trip onto DespAirbase where the accident with rocket come.
Weapons: A whitish gun with a cybernetic claw at end, which shoots the thunders with a speed of doom. For melee, he prefers a classic short sword with a sharp blade.
Special powers: Throwing. With his precision in throwing explosive things at his foes, he is something like a Apocalypse Rider, but future-themed.

Name: NOKA
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Species: Rabbit
Personality: Hmm, it's a sort of weird in his personality. Normally, he's calm, nice, and very vulnerable for sad stories. But, if somebody will make him very angry, he turns to total new person. The bloodlust that appears in him while he's turning from Sentimental Bunny to Evil Bunny, makes him lost a control above himself. Wrr!
Agent Cooba is, for unknown reason, his worst enemy. Seeing him makes him... uhh... angry. And you know, what happens to him, when he is VERY angry.
Appearance: Medium built, with short tail, makes him a flexible rabbit. Although, after his MORPH, he is more flexible at three times. His grey fur, ears, and green eyes turns into a differents shades of red or purple.
Weapons: LFG-2003, the newest version of Jazz's trusty blaster, farbed to a dark blue-white colour. He prefers a RF of blade to shoot out of blaster, especially when is a Evil Bunny. He never fights in a melee, except for a moments after MORPH.
Special powers: While Evil Bunny, the anger is accumulating in one place and causes a break in warspace there, and what then happens, tons of energy are unleashed! He needs then something like a coolant, or he'll just burn due to energy!

Gender: Male
Species: Rabbit, VooDoo Mage.
Personality: OMG he's a maddo. He is obsessed with anything that is dead or undead, so he travelled for many countries to find a machine that could make someone a zombie. But he went mad after travelling to a strange medieval dimension, in a land called Deyja (HoM&M and M&M users will know what and where it is placed - ask 'em), where the magic makes corpses living. He went crazy. Although, a necromant named Sandro (*cough* HoM&M3) learned him necromancy, and opened him a portal for his dimension. Weapons: His magic club ended with a squirrel's skull for melee. Instead lasers for distance fights, he casts voodoo or dark foo spells. He prefers 'Killer' or 'Foo Nova' spells, but he also likes 'Fire Bolt' spell. He awakes guys that died while fighting him, and their skeletons are his lackeys. AFAIK, he has got now over 300 skeletons of jungle animals.

Appearance : Malcolm is a flaming orange furred rabbit, but he had his ears cut off during his military carrer. He is usually seen wearing a business suit and grey sport coat. He tends to smile a lot while thinking to himself. His green eyes sometimes turn to a blue if he is especially saddened. Malcolm is very masculine, but you can't tell by the suit that he usually wears. On his left hand, he has a gold ring, so it is presumed he is married or engaged, however records have either been lost or destroyed, so it can't be confirmed. Malcolm carries around a breifcase, but has long lost the combination to it, so whatever documents that are contained within it are sealed away for the time being. Malcolm wears old brown, tattered combat boots he was issued during the first war.
Personality : Straight to the point, but also great at small talk. Malcolm is good at making great friends, but never seeing them again because of his wandering ways. Malcolm sufferes from slight paranoia earned from his years in the army, fighting countless enemies ranging from demons to fellow rabbits. Malcolm hardly ever plans things out, and prefers to act compulsivly. However if given a command, he executes it with deadly precision and exactness. Malcolm would seem rather content with his life, but is actually lonely and unhappy with himself and his past. Malcolm tends to be indifferent to other people because of the great sadness and trauma that he has seen throughout his life. The few moments of happiness that he has are usually puncuated shortly after by moments of terror and madness.
History : Malcolm graduated at a very young age and immediatly became an entrepanure in the music business. His compony had a rough start, but he was soon living the dream and making millions of dollars with his business, his future seemed ceratin. But fate had it's way and Malcolm was drafted during the first war against the turtles. While away, the vice president crashed Malcolm's business into the ground. Malcolm fought bravly in the war, making Jazz's victory over Devan possible. When he returned home, he came back to nothing, his business was gone, his house reposses, and a fat lawsuit in book-keeping scandel. Soon afterwards, he was sent to the front lines again in the second war against Devan. Here the battles were much more vicious and feirce. Malcolm soon began to suffer from dementia while on the front lines. He was taken back home and re-habilitated for 4 years, until quite recently where he has gone back to society with nothing to his name except military expirience. Then the plague spread, and Malcolm found his calling as a fighter of the plague. Now he spends his time wondering from town to town, seeing nothing but suffering, trauma, and depression. The only connection to the past that Malcolm trusts any more is the breifcase that he always carries with him.

Personality: Arkrxern is as enigmatic as his incomprehensible name. Nobody knows exactly what he is, where he’s from, or what he wants with Carrotus. Despite the mystery that surrounds him, it has been proven that he has taken up an allegiance with the Carrotan forces, whether official or not. He is a selfless creature, fighting for the sake of others, on or off the battlefield. However, when he becomes the focus of an argument or other sort of standoff, he deals with his aggressor in a frighteningly collected manner. He has never been seen to flinch.
Appearance: Arkrxern’s fur is a dark shade, almost black, but its hue changes depending on how one looks at him. His dark grey headband ends in metal tips, and a metal headplate attached to the front protects his forehead. He also wears two steel bracers on his wrists, and similar metal ringplates on his ankles. In battle, the entirety of his armour is a pair of steel shoulder and rib guards.
Weapons: Arkrxern wields a double-ended battleaxe with relative ease. He regularly sharpens the blades, so it’s rarely an ineffective weapon.
Special Powers: Arkrxern has an innate ability to store heat in his fur. Whether or not he knows how to control this is unknown.

Name: Brian Wilder

Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: Wilder, more commonly referred to as B. Wilder, is widely known as the quintessential action hero. He backs down to no one, and will take on any challenge he is faced with. Anyone who messes with him usually doesn’t live to do anything else. His main, if not only, downside is that he often can’t find anything to do with himself when he’s not in battle. In a case like this, it’s typically a safe bet that he’s gone to work out somewhere.
Appearance: The first thing everyone notices about B. Wilder is his bodybuilder-like form. His camo-patterned pants subtly add to the image of strength, amazing to the point of ridiculous, as do the defined muscles showing through his brown fur. The killing stare of his silvery-blue eyes shows the fire within him, which understandably burns with ferocity in the heat of battle.
Weapons: When not using himself as a particularly potent brute-force weapon, B. Wilder uses the Two-Ton, a heavily-armoured hovertank armed with two 90mm cannons and a Z.E.R.G-ling (which stands for Zero Entropy Rail Gatling) turret. He’s also very proficient with any number of short- to medium-range guns.
Special Powers: Short of mortal injury or wounding, nothing seems to be able to faze B. Wilder enough to slow him down.

Personality: Killian, the self-proclaimed King of the planet Gemulon, is strangely noble for a villain. He regards himself as a knight as well as a king, and as such follows a code of ethics, as any knight would. However, he is extremely skilled in one on one combat, and he does not hold back on anyone, nor does he hesitate to slay his opponent when he feels that they’ve been duly defeated.
Appearance: Clad in dark-hued armour, Killian is intimidating even at first sight. The fur on his face, the only part of his body left unprotected, is a shadowy silver. The plates of metal that make up his armour, as well as the scabbard for his sword, are a metallic navy tone. The only part of his form that is not a dark colour is the blood-red gemstone embedded into his chestplate.
Weapons: Killian tends to use a sword in battle, whose blade has been shaded to a dark silver, almost matching his fur. Failing his blade, the spikes on his right shoulder guard deal a killing blow instantly.
Special Powers: Both Killian’s sword and his armour are made of a mysterious supermetal that is impossible to even dent using conventional methods.

Name: Torin Hulst

Personality: Torin is a good friend of Leon, a regular in the F-Zero Grand Prix competitions, who, like Torin himself, hails from the war-torn planet of Zou. They both have the same goal in mind: bring peace back to their home planet, once and for all. However, while Leon has set his sights upon the Grand Prix prize money, Torin chose a different path, and became a mercenary. Like any other sane for-hire, he fights for whichever side offers him more. As a result, he appears to be entirely focused on money at first, but he does prove to be a worthy ally, and overall very friendly with his peers, in the long run.
Appearance: Torin’s brown fur becomes white on the tips of his ears and tail, as well as his hands and feet. His bright green eyes usually are noted for how they shine, but they grow dark when he becomes angry or aggravated. He wears a bodysuit of light, blue-green armour, enough to deflect most attacks without hindering his movement. Also, a leather belt holding a few extra clips for his guns is always around his slender waist.
Weapons: Torin finds two autopistols enough to keep him suitably armed. If an opponent comes too close, he wastes no time in cracking them across the skull with a pistol whip.
Special Powers: Torin’s natural feline reflexes, combined with a strict training regimen, have made him very quick and very agile.

On a more serious note. Zero Entropy? The gun wouldn't work! The force that was used to move it needs to go from order to disorder to excert the force, but if it's zero entropy then the force will never occur because it dosen't go from order to disorder.

Stratn: Zero Entropy simply means that there's no chaos, or inaccuracy, in its firing. Which means that the gun is essentially a gatling sniper railgun. I'm perfectly aware of the order/disorder relationship of the actual launching of the projectile.
And yes, I did intentionally name it ZERGling. In retrospect, I can't help but wonder what I was on when I did, but I know I did intentionally.

Weapons: Funk, mostly a melee fighter, has a strange preference for armament: he uses his neck chain, either as a length or in a loop, to deal fearsome damage. However, he has been seen to use conventional blasters from time to time.
Special Powers: The amount of force Funk puts into a swing of his chain is enough to cleanly take an aggressor’s head off.

Personality: She is a lot smarter than her boyfriend Kamikura, but just stupid enough to be cute and funny. Don't ever call her a "dumb blonde" though; she hates that. She is absolutely in love with Kamikura and deeply cares for her other friends and family.
Appearance: Long ponytails, green eyes, typical teenage garb. For some odd reason she has a body temp of absolute zero, which nobody can explain, not even her family.
Weapons: Unknown. She prefers to use her fists, but since she is a spellcaster, she might wield short/light swords/blades and staffs.
Special Powers: Uses Ice magic. She can transform into a Hyper Knucklehead, but she does know about it yet. Neither does anyone else. >: )

Did I say anything about her freezing stuff? Her INTERNAL body temp is absolute zero, when you touch her skin, it fells normal. That's 'cuz L_G built Tracy out of Plotoplasm, the substance all fictional characters are made of. She lives and breathes like a normal person.

Name: Seltrice Jarada
Age: 30
Gender: Female
*Species: Bat
Alignment: Evil
Personality: Nocturne’s elder sister Seltrice seems quiet, almost shy, but a strong fire of hate and pain burns inside her; thus, when it rains, it pours. She is chillingly cynical in thought, and her voice drips with sarcasm when she speaks. This overall omni-hatred is borne from her being thrown into a life she can’t stand to live, but is scared to end.
Seltrice was separated from her family almost at birth, kidnapped only a few hours after she was born by a rogue band of lizards. She was promptly brought to the attention of Devan Shell, under the impression that she would be even greater an asset if they started earlier on her. And so it was.
At a relatively young age, she was mated to an older member of Shell’s Dark Legion of bats, whom she immediately resented. She was regularly abused by her husband, whenever he felt the need to vent, and was further punished if she ever tried to fight back. As such, she is now regretting being inducted into Shell’s army, which she doesn’t know was never her choice in the first place.
Appearance: Seltrice has dark brown fur, roughly the same shade as her unknown sister, but she has purple eyes as opposed to Nocturne’s silver-blue. She also has a pair of belts around her ankles, which hold her mini-grenades, and a dull, almost unnoticable purple stripe down her back.
Weapons: Seltrice is very proficient in the use of her grenades, which she drops from above as she flies by.
Special Powers: None.
Quote: “Somehow I get the feeling I’m not going to get the nap I deserve right now.”
Name: Tarchannen Jarada
Age: 33
Gender: Male

Personality: Seltrice’s mate Tarchannen is controlling and unyielding to others. He is especially harsh to Seltrice, taking out the anger laid onto him by Devan Shell on his own wife simply because she’s the closest target. As a result, his peers refuse to associate with him, for fear that he will turn on them like he turned on Seltrice. Understandably, this causes his temper to escalate even further.
Underneath it all, Tarchannen has no care for Shell. He is only a subordinate because the turtle ensures that he is fed well. He secretly desires to lead his fellow bats in a revolt against the reptiles, and to become the head of his own army, comprised only of his nocturnal accomplices.
Appearance: Tarchannen is considerably larger than any other bat under Shell’s command. His fur is a very dark brown, almost black, and his eyes are dark green. His wings are also unnaturally large. It’s rumoured that Tarchannen was genetically enhanced as part of an experiment, but there is no proof for or against this rumour.
Weapons: Tarchannen will either use his razor-sharp claws, or his entire body, in battle.
Special Powers: Tarchannen can put enough force into a flying bodyslam to topple a turtle, and easily enough to put a rabbit out of commission for a decent period of time.

Personality: Denevan is a very kind and compassionate creature, who never hesitates to lend a hand to those in need. He is friendly to all those who he talks to, and is greatly liked and respected for his generous and amicable disposition. Like Merik Cherubemoth, with whom he converses from time to time, he is often sought out for help or advice, and he is more than happy to help or advise. He is a favourite of the young ones, and he very rarely does not have time to play with them.
Denevan is the only person left who knows of the death of Nocturne’s mate, even including Nocturne herself. Having been good friends with both members of the relationship, he essentially pledged himself to the young mother, promising to protect and serve her, as her mate would have. Although she believes that her husband will return someday, even despite that he was deemed deceased, Denevan knows that he will be by Nocturne’s side indefinitely.
Appearance: Denevan has light grey fur and blue-green eyes. He usually wears a green T-shirt with the Danger Fist icon on the back, and khaki jeans. He also has a black leather shoulder pad on his left shoulder, which serves as a perch for Nocturne to alight on, and it is not uncommon to see the two of them chatting while she is perched on his shoulder. He wears his weapon, a six-foot-long blade chain, around his waist, over a leather belt, which prevents him from being sliced by the sharp links of the chain. He also wears one leather glove on his right hand, both as a secondary perch for Nocturne and as protection when wielding the blade chain.
Weapons: Denevan’s blade chain (or chain blade) is exactly what it sounds like it is: a long, narrow chain, whose links are sharp enough to cut easily through flesh. If an opponent comes too close, Denevan does not hesitate to rake them with his sharp claws.
Special Powers: Like many cats, Denevan is very swift and agile, with help from his feline reflexes. Also, he does not appear to require sleep for considerable lengths of time.

Name: Jordian Rikath
Nickname: Thunder
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Species: Rabbit
Appearance: Middling height and stocky, Thunder has dark grey fur with a tint of blue to it, brilliant blue eyes, and a white left hand. He is missing the top of his right ear (in an "accident" involving revolving doors, parking meters and tinned sardines - long story, don't ask) and walks with a slight limp, garnered in the same "accident". It doesn't slow him down in the least. Flashy, temperamental and a bit of a show-man, Thunder has a high opinion of himself, which comes through in everything he does. Dressed like the typical flyboy with a bit of flair thrown in, Thunder dresses mainly in shades of grey or blue, or occasionally black, depending on his mood. He always has a silk scarf the color of his eyes around his neck; he also has blue-dyed, spiked hair.
Personality: Erratic, temperamental, quick to anger and quick to forgive, Thunder is like his nickname: bold, lound, brash, generally unpredictable, but dangerous all the same. His lightning-quick mood changes occur in an instant - one minute laughing and joking, the next storming about in a rage. His friends only sigh and roll their eyes. Thunder tends to exaggerate greatly, so that a shot in his general direction becomes a hair-rasing near miss, etc. Arrogant but not overly so, reckless, willing to do pretty much anything on a dare, he loves playing practical jokes on his friends, hates it when it happens to him (which makes it funnier) and tends to be the stereotypical, irresponsible, wild and carefree teenager - with a sense of style, of course.
Weapons: Despite his exuberant delusions of invincibility, Thunder does have SOME common sense. He carries a blaster pistol, with which he can hit the general area of the target. He may be a natural in the cockpit, but he sucks when it comes to marksmanship, and he knows it. So, in times of trouble, he turns to the blade. He uses two long knives (singly or dually) in close combat.
Skills: Thunder is a natural pilot - atmospheric, aquatic or spatial - and can pull off crazy stunts easily. Left-handed, his attacks are usually un-anticipated, giving him the edge. And he can hit the broad side of a barn if he really tries.
Special Powers: When Thunder is really, really mad, he will seem to have a dark aura that follows him - his own personal stormcloud.
Profession: Stunt/fighter pilot, Carrotan fleet.
Orientation: Good.
Other: Thunder's bad moods can sometimes last for days. He can go from one extreme to the other without warning. He flies a fighter named Stormswift.

Personality: Serious with a fiery temper, Ember rarely jokes around. When she does, it's usually at someone else's expense. In her rare humorous moments, Ember is friendly and cheerful, but it doesn't last long, and don't get her mad. Ember tends to take command easily, and gets slightly miffed if she's overridden. Usually her decisions are good ones, though. Though not much of a team player, she likes having someone to guard her back. Curt and brusque, she hates repeating herself, and can become irritated easily. And never, ever call her "Em".
Appearance: Ember has gold fur, with a black stripe running down her spine. Halfway down, three horizontal stripes intersect with it, and a circle goes around the middle stripe where it crosses the vertical one. It has been debated whether this is a tattoo or not, but Ember never says. She does have a tattoo of a bird-winged serpent coiling up her left arm. Her eyes are pale green and her hair is dark brown. It just brushes her shoulders, and she has a silvery white stripe running from each temple. She wears calf-high boots with retractable spikes in the soles, slightly baggy blue jeans, and a tight black tank top. The only piece of jewellery she wears is a clear stone on a chain, the heart of which glows like a live coal. It's actually quite cool to the touch.
Weapons: Mostly a melee fighter, Ember has two long daggers, knuckle guards, and her boot spikes. She also has several grenades on her belt and a third knife in her boot, as well as a standard red blaster.
Skills: Ember has excellent leadership skills, and is definitely a worthwhile ally. Quick and agile, she rarely misses her mark. She has an incredible sense of balance and direction.
Special Powers: Ember can charge herself with energy, glowing red and gold and giving off extreme heat.
Orientation: Good, usually.
Other: Ember's fighting partner is Ra-Ashkar. She never calls anyone by their nicknames, but always by their first names.

Personality: Confident almost to the point of arrogance, Flare is usually the first to volunteer for anything dangerous. A bit of a thrill seeker, Flare is unpredictable and erratic. More than a bit disrespectful, he has no regard for rank, and often disobeys orders just for the sake of it. Also a loner, he is Ember's opposite in the humor department, being a practical joker and having a wicked sense of humor. However, he wouldn't dream of playing a joke on Ember, as he has a healthy respect for her. One wonders how Flare and Ember ever got together in the firs place =D An excellent fighter, he prefers close combat, but not as close as Ember. Flare has numerous friends on numerous worlds, and keeps in touch with them. They're like an informal information network.
Appearance: Flare has bone-white fur and dark gold eyes. His hair is short and messy. He has a dark streak shaped like a flame going up his nose, and the tips of his ears are dark. He has a black dragonfly tattoo on the back of his right hand, and a blue one shaped like a flaring sun (his namesake) around his left eye. Flare wears dark pants that appear bluish purple in some lights and silvery in others, a blue T-shirt, and occasionally a black leather jacket. His boots are a polished dark brown with miniature jets/boosters in heel and toe, with which he is quite proficient. He wears dark silver spiked wristbands, two earrings (one gold, one black) in the base of his right ear, dark shades, and his sword slung across his back.
Weapons: Flare carries a polished, curved sword, with a dark blue metal handle that has a bluish diamond in the pommel. The diamond has a flaw in it that looks like his solar flare tattoo. This sword is affectionately called Solstice. Other weapons include his wrist spikes, a few knives he has hanging around, and the typical blaster with a rapidfire upgrade.
Skills: Quite a good short-distance flyer with his boosters, Flare is quick and observant. His shades don't slow him down in the least, as he never wears them while fighting. Skilled with all his weapons, he is athletic and has plenty of endurance.
Special Powers: If he has a moment of spare time, Flare can build a magical attack. Energy will gather in his hand, resembling again his tattoo, until it is at full strength. Then he will "throw" it at his enemies, vaporizing them.
Orientation: Good, usually.
Other: Flare is Ember's fighting partner. When he feels like it.

Name: Kaitlyn “Trippin” Goldtrix
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Alignment: Good
Personality: Essentially a mix of Jazz’s general intelligence, Spaz’s mentality, and Lori’s build, Trippin is crazy and unpredictable by nature. She does everything on the fly, and has never been known to have a set plan. As a result, it’s very easy for her to improvise, but very difficult for others to follow her thinking. Of course, she finds it hilarious that no one can keep up with her train of thought. However, she tends to speak or act before she thinks, which puts her in dangerous situations relatively often.
While it is helpful in battle to leave the enemy completely befuddled, it is considerably less useful to bestow the same amount of confusion on one’s own side, and Trippin does both, making a mess out of the organization on either side of the battlefield. Her comrades do become irritated with her randomness rather quickly; however, her fighting and gunning skills are invaluable, and so, she is tolerated.
Appearance: Trippin’s surname comes from the colour of her fur, which is bright gold in colour from head to toe. Her eyes are light purple, contrasting her fur evenly. She usually wears a white T-shirt that appears to be a size or two too big for her, and a pair of red shorts. There is also a blue headband typically around her head, and an earring in each ear.
Weapons: Trippin has an ability to be upon an enemy before they can react, steal their weapon, and use it against them, then keep fighting with her newly acquired weapon until she sees something better.
Special Powers: Trippin can execute stops and starts in movement that should not be possible. The phrases “stop on a dime” and “off like a bullet” are nothing new to her.

Name: Corren Fader
Age: 27
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: An experienced spy and sniper for the Carrotan Corps, Fader makes a living out of hide-and-seek. He prides himself on his expertise in his profession, and that he’s only ever been spotted once. He escaped unscathed, of course.
During peacetime, Fader is usually alone, preferring to keep generally to himself. What he does while he’s by himself is unknown, but it is enough to keep him busy for hours at a time.
When on the job, he is the same way, preferring to work alone. Without any others working alongside them, one needs not worry about anyone but oneself, which is the attitude Fader takes toward his flying solo.
Fader’s only disadvantage is that he sometimes believes that he is nothing but a replacement for Blaze Blackrabbit, who died during the Tank Campaign. As a result, he becomes slightly edgy whenever the late spy’s name is mentioned.
Appearance: Fader’s fur is naturally a light blue, but he has dyed it several times to keep it as close to black as he can. His right “sniping” eye is an unnaturally light greenish-yellow, while his left eye is sky-blue. He wears the traditional Corps sniper’s black body armour and gear, which includes a belt holding extra clips. He also wears a backpack, but its contents are a mystery to everyone but himself.
Weapons: All that Fader seems to need is his trusty sniping rifle. He keeps a blaster pistol on hand, just in case, but he hasn’t needed to use it in a very long time.
Special Powers: Fader can make a very accurate mental map of his route into a building, so as to ensure he knows a way out if he needs it.
Quote: “Payback time... and I’m the bunny holding the checkbook.”
Name: Blake Spiers
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: Blake is what most would call a good kid. He always seems happy with life and friendly to those around him, as well as polite and honest and all the other qualities that parents strive to bring their children up with. He says it comes to him naturally through living without the ability to see.
Blind since birth, Blake understandably did not grow up like anyone else he knew. Everyone around him recognizes his disability, and most of them do their best to make life a little easier for him. In return, he helps out wherever he can, doing small tasks that don’t require extremely good eyesight. His only shortcoming is that he has a selective temper, and will deliver a solid beating to anyone who ridicules him because of his blindness.
Appearance: Blake has red-gold fur on the majority of his body, excepting his white ventral fur. He wears a green bandana around his head, which covers his sightless eyes, and he has a small tuft of long fur on his chin that he is particularly proud of. He typically wears a pair of baggy, blue shorts, and a buttoned, light blue T-shirt, which he rarely ever does up. There is also a device that appears to be a wristwatch on his right arm, but it is, in reality, a low-frequency sound wave generator.
Weapons: None.
Special Powers: Thanks to the small device on his wrist that emits consistent low-frequency sound waves, Blake is able to “see” around him via an astonishing power of echolocation.

Name: Jacob “Twitch” Bretel
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: As his name suggests, Twitch is twitchy. This makes him very fun to watch, but (unsurprisingly) very difficult to work with. A common mistake is made that Twitch is not intelligent; he is actually quite smart, but his wisdom is negated by his unnatural paranoia, if that is indeed what it is.
No one is quite sure of anything that has to do with Twitch’s past, despite attempts to get him to talk about it. However, it can be safely assumed that Twitch underwent some sort of serious trauma that put him into the mental state in which he is now.
Appearance: Twitch has gold and silver fur on the majority of his body, excepting his red eartips, and his restless eyes are also silver in colour. He is slightly thin, but not to the point where it endangers his health, and his ears are slightly oversized for his head. On his back, he wears a large canister of fuel for his weapon.
Weapons: Through some strange series of events, Twitch ended up equipped with a flamethrower, which is now his weapon of choice.
Special Powers: None.

Name: 4I (Chris Friedmann)
Age: 19
Gender: Male
*Species: Human
Alignment: Good
Personality: Falcon’s out-of-battle partner “4I” is Falcon’s technological brainiac half, the manufacturer of a generous portion, if not all, of the Soldier of Fortune-in-training’s hi-tech armament, as well as that of Falcon’s lesser, Fury. He is usually very reserved in speech and action, speaking only when he has something important to say, and it takes a lot to make him angry; however, if there’s one thing above all else that infuriates him, it’s backstabbers. He is a fanatic about his innovations, and he spends the majority of his waking hours tinkering with one, or sometimes more, of his projects. 4I’s greatest weakness is that he has a very low tolerance for pain, as well as being nigh on useless in real battle and relying on Falcon and Fury to defend him; his greatest risk is using himself as a guinea pig for some of his experiments.
Appearance: The first thing many people notice about 4I is his cloud of dark, curly hair, which he is occasionally discontent with. Appearance: Taos possesses a sleek coat of midnight blue fur, with a small silver circle beside his left eye. Striped with silver scars, the two most noticable ones are thick bands around his wrists, much like bracers - indeed, they were caused by his metal bracers being literally burned off. Taos wears crossbelts of black leather. Tall and impressively muscled, Taos' intimidating stature only adds to the aura of danger that surrounds him. His penetrating ice-blue eyes have cowed more than one protester.
Personality: Taos is an anarchist, and works to bring any and all governments down, personally. An outlaw of galactic fame, government officials sweat when his name is mentioned. At a Taos sighting, they either resign or prepare themselves for the worst. And the worst does come. Despite the numerous punishments inflicted on Taos, many of which are the causes of his scars, he remains resolute; indeed, the punishments have only served to fuel his cause. Mysterious, elusive, unpredictable and untouchable, his true intentions are impossible to guess. Clever and difficult to impress, many a rebel faction has sided with Taos, only to discover their error too late. Taos is not interested in a new system; he's interested in no system. He may ally himself with others, but he always works for his own ends.
Practical, observant, ruthless and cold, Taos never outwardly shows emotions. He is patient beyond belief, and will take any means available to undermine the government, whether it be bribes, assassination, defamation, etc. He never strikes where expected. He will kill any and all who get in his way, earning himself the reputation of "silent killer" When asked to justify his actions, he will only smile and shake his head. Passionate about his cause, he can be persuasive when he wishes.
Weapons: Taos can and will use everything possilbe. His preferred weapons for physical combat are the grenades on his belt, a rocket launcher or a rifle of some sort. More of a guerilla fighter, he will avoid close combat at all costs.
Skills: A genius for strategy and creating chaos, he never has predicted a reaction wrong. His plans usually work, and when they don't, there are rarely significant repercussions. Often his attacks are unanticipated. He is a master of misleading and creating a great deal of finger-pointing and accusations, which are never effective - in fact, they usually aid him. He has a nack for making trouble.
Special Powers: Taos is like smoke - now you see him, now you don't, impossible to catch and hold. During an attack, you may glimpse him, but don't count on it.
Weaknesses: Taos never works in large-scale operations. Literally a lone wolf, he will take sometimes years to bring down a single government. He does things that seem stupid, but are perfectly calculated; however, he will not take risks on off chances or the like, which often loses him important opportunities. Bitter towards all forms of government, he has a strange compassion for those they "opress", and will call off an operation if he thinks it will harm too many innocent people.
Orientation: If you hate governments - democracies, monarchies, or anything else, he's good. If you believe in some semblance of order, he's definitely evil.
Occupation: anarchist and outlaw.
Other: Taos feels no guilt at destroying those who support "the regime", ie soldiers, militia, those working for the government or who support it. He also speaks with an accent.

Personality: Transcendence is, for all intents and purposes, an angelic entity. She (it?) appears before those in desperation and ready to take their own lives, lending an ear and a soothing, reassuring voice when there are no others who will listen. Those individuals touched by the angel’s words go on to live happy lives, and never forget their encounter.
The only other time Transcendence appears is when there is a malicious presence about, in the form of her evil equal, the demon Ayodee. In this case, she makes her presence known to the warrior she deems strongest, in all three of mind, body, and soul, and appeals for said warrior to help her in defeating a great evil.
Appearance: Transcendence usually appears to be a softly radiating cloud of white light, floating in the air. She can also project very clear images through the light. However, she can appear in different forms, like an Agama’s angel or a small bird.
Weapons: None.
Special Powers: Transcendence has the ability to disappear and reappear at will, anywhere in the universe. Also, while unwilling to actively participate in battle, she has the power to bless a weapon with her light. Such blessed armaments are the only effective weapons against the evil Ayodee.

While best suited to slaughtering innocents on his own, Ayodee does occasionally make alliances with a larger force of evil, offering them the chance to entirely annihilate their enemies, once and for all. However, he will kill anyone who treats him as a common lackey.
Appearance: Ayodee’s most recognizable form is that of a hooded, cloaked creature, holding a one-handed half-moon scythe in each hand, entirely shrouded in darkness, and somewhat amorphous, as if he were made of fog. However, he can take other forms, most of which emulate a generous assortment of melee weapons, including hammers, axes, and swords.

Special Powers: There is only one way to defeat Ayodee, and that is to use against him a weapon blessed by the angel Transcendence.

Personality: Crystal Summer’s mother Miz is much like Queen Earlong in that, despite having passed her physical prime, and being enlisted to the harrowing task of raising a daughter, she is still reasonably strong in both body and mind, good-hearted when she chooses to be, and always ready to rise to the occasion. She’s notably more hospitable than the Queen, though, and since it does get lonely with only two people in the house, she allows Crystal’s friends a place to stay, should they need one. The Summer residence is thought of as a refuge from reality, and guests quickly begin to feel like family when they’re there. The only thing Miz asks in return from her guests is that they keep the place respectably clean; otherwise, she finds it very rewarding to herself to be a mother able to supply so generously.
Being an ex-Captain of the Queen’s Legions, Miz has experience in battle tactics. If it is absolutely necessary that she fight, Miz favours being on the defensive, protecting Carrotan installations from enemies, rather than attacking directly. It’s also greatly amusing to hear a loud, aggravated “MAWM!” from out of nowhere whenever she beats Crystal to a target.
Appearance: Miz’s fur is a darker blue than her daughter’s, but they both have brilliant green eyes. She is quite slender, and her silvery blue hair is somewhat shorter than Crystal’s, reaching just to her shoulders. She typically wears casual clothing, a t-shirt and jeans, and a ring on her left hand.
Weapons: Miz usually uses a rocket launcher in battle, but will make use of any medium-range weapon if said rocket launcher is unavailable.

Personality: Hailing from a distant region of Carrotus, almost halfway around the planet from Carrotus City and its neighbours, El Fuego did not fall into his nickname by accident; he earned it as a result of his quick temper and dangerous disposition. He’s had the name, which translates directly to “The Fire”, for more than a decade, and for good reason: if he feels like destroying something, he’ll destroy something, no questions asked.
Despite his destructive mindset, he does have a few allies who will stick with him, no matter what stupid or crazy things he does. They are occasionally put in danger by this alliance, but El Fuego never allows himself to let them come to harm because of it.
In spite of his moniker, El Fuego is not a pyromaniac, nor does he feel any special connection to fire in and of itself. He does enjoy watching things being engulfed in fire, but he says that setting things aflame just isn’t his style.
El Fuego speaks with a heavy accent, and occasionally flips into another language for a moment as he speaks.
Appearance: El Fuego has orange-yellow fur on the majority of his lean body, excepting his brown eartips, tailtip, hands, and feet, and bright, sky-blue eyes. He wears a wide leather belt, and a medium-sized backpack full of ammunition. Holsters along the sides of the pack hold his guns.
Weapons: Twin single-handed gatling guns, and enough ammunition to supply an army. It’s intimidating even to simply look at El Fuego when he’s ready to tear through something with his guns, let alone to face off against him.

Personality: Like El Fuego, Frost’s name is directly related to his temperament: cold and biting. It’s often difficult, after first impressions, to determine which side he’s really on, despite that he adamantly insists his allegiance to Carrotus. It’s also a daunting task to earn the respect of this hare, but that respect is a powerful thing to have once it’s earned.
Frost is the sole known inhabitant and guardian of the mountain on which he lives, named Mount Insidius for its treacherously icy cliffs and ledges. The mountain is also famous for its impressive subterranean supply of both tarydium and spharine, the latter of which being an integral component of the eponymous fuel spharine-R12 and a commodity that turtle goons seem to consistently be trying to get their hands on. Frost spares no mercy on reptiles invading his mountain in search of spharine, and will kill any turtles and lizards on sight; he is less impulsive when dealing with rabbits, but he never lets his guard down.
Appearance: Frost’s thick coat of fur is a very pale cyan, almost white, and his eyes are a bright cyan to match. His warm fur is enough to keep him insulated against the frigid temperatures of Mount Insidius’ altitude, and as such the only articles of clothing he wears are the scabbard on his back, for his cold blade, and a thin belt holding up the carriage for his gun.
Weapons: Frost is equally proficient with his broadsword, Frostbite, and his Tarydium Stinger, a gatling-esque gun redesigned to spew needle-sharp tarydium shards in place of bullets. He does not prefer melee combat over ranged, nor vice versa; the only goal he has is to keep his mountain safe from intrusion, and the means to that end does not matter to him.
Special Powers: Frost puts a new meaning to the phrase “carving it up”, as he uses Frostbite’s wide blade as a sort of snowboard, holding its hilt in one hand and balancing atop the flat of the blade.

Name: Godmachine

Gender: None
*Species: Robot
Alignment: Evil
Personality: The amalgamation of all three of Gamma, Omicron, and Delta Hellbot, the Godmachine is the penultimate robotic weapon. It has the same mindset as the original Gamma and Delta, that being the innate need to kill all rabbits, but the AI modification from the semi-sentient Omicron has caused it to evolve beyond the need and control of turtle commands. The only way to stop the Godmachine is to force control upon it by way of one of very few tools, such as a control cable, but it takes an insane amount of skill, brains, and guts to even have a shot at using the cable on it. Other than that, the Godmachine is invincible, merciless, and unstoppable.
Appearance: The twenty-foot-tall Godmachine is heavily armoured from top to bottom, which, while hindering it from swift movement, makes it look that much more impenetrable and intimidating. Its upper body greatly resembles the angular armour of Gamma, while its legs, though now sheathed in thick metal shielding, are similar to Delta’s. Also, like Omicron, its arms are too large compared to the rest of its proportions, and they end in giant hands, each big enough to grab and crush a rabbit in its grip.
Weapons: In and of itself, the Godmachine is a weapon, with a multitude of guns, launchers, and pure brute force at its disposal. Its seemingly favoured method of attack is to launch heatseeker rockets from the palms of its enormous hands.
Special Powers: The Godmachine’s super-tough exterior chassis makes it invulnerable to all but the very strongest of attacks.

Name: Acamar Kybal
Age: 19

Alignment: Good
Personality: Kybal’s disposition depends on the situation. When with a group, he is usually generally silent, unless attention is directed toward him. When it is, he speaks quietly, only just loud enough to be understood. He takes everything seriously, to a fault, and it does not take much to get him angry. However, he rarely actually takes his anger out on others; instead, he quietly excuses himself from the group, and goes somewhere to relieve his frustrations with a few hours of “target practice.”
In real battle, the quiet side of Kybal’s personality disappears, and he becomes a rampaging killer. It’s usually a safe strategy to put a fair distance between oneself and Kybal in this sort of scenario, to avoid being hit by a stray bullet or three. There’s a rumour that he was once able to fight and kill at least a hundred enemy grunts without taking even a scratch.
The one thing Kybal lives for is a good mate, someone who he can care for when they need it, and someone he knows he can trust. He has a history of being stabbed in the back by people he thought he could trust, and is somewhat bitter because of it.
Appearance: Kybal’s fur is silvery-blue from head to tail, and his eyes, usually obscured by his lowered head, are a deep brown. He typically wears casual clothing, a white t-shirt and baggy black pants, as well as a thin nylon-weave belt that is always around his waist, but never done up at the front. When going into battle, Kybal dons dark red body armour and thigh pads, as well as exchanging his nylon belt for a full gun suit, an intricate harness of leather straps capable of holding a multitude of guns and ammunition. Most of the time, whether in battle or out, Kybal is smoking a cigarette.
Weapons: Kybal is a walking gun shop, with enough small arms to outfit an army and the ammunition to match. As such, he has more than ample choice as to his method of destruction.
Special Powers: Kybal is a near perfect shot, but only with guns that are inherently accurate.

Name: Nathaniel Edge
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: The son of a well-known, rich Carrotan noble, Nat Edge has access to practically anything he wants. However, he has experienced financial problems before, and so he rarely takes advantage of his father’s fame and fortune unless it’s something of which he knows he will get more than ten minutes of use, or going to a better cause than buying things for himself.
Despite the characteristic snobbiness stereotypically associated with nobles and other such rich people, Edge is actually a good person to be around. He has a clique of friends from all walks of life, which is how he keeps tabs on everything, and he occasionally does things that would be regarded as “unbecoming” for the son of a noble; bluffing his way into the occasional bar for a few drinks with his friends is one of those things.
Edge’s main, if not only, problem is that he is slightly sex-crazed, causing him to act like a complete idiot around some of the more attractive females.
Appearance: Edge has deep gold fur, with silver stripes along his back, arms, and legs. He is usually seen wearing black pants and a sleeveless, navy-blue vest. The very edges of three long, parallel scars on his back can be seen where the vest ends; he says he got the marks when he was attacked from behind by a rogue Bysmol, a few years ago, and he is not shy in revealing them to anyone who asks.
Weapons: Edge has more blades than a cutlery drawer, and is very skilled with most of them. However, this does not limit him to melee combat; several of his blades are short, lightweight throwing knives, which he can use with a reasonable, albeit not professional, degree of accuracy.
Special Powers: Edge can hold his ground, even in a gunfight, using only his blades and his agility.

Name: Jaxom “Nitrous” Noss
Age: 217

Personality: Nitrous, Vanessa Hunter’s most steadfast rival, used to be just another racer in the numerous F-Zero Grand Prix competitions; however, the number of times Vanessa has stolen the title of Champion from him has driven him a little over the edge, and seemingly caused him to put more thought and energy into retiring the foxcoon in any given race than actually winning the race itself. Due to numerous failures in those attempts as well, Nitrous has now brought his rivalry with Vanessa outside of the Grand Prix races, and seeks to remove her from competition permanently, by any means possible.
Appearance: Standing nearly twice as tall as an average Carrotan, Nitrous is known for using his height to intimidate. His scaly body is generally a dark orange, but his scales gradually turn a brighter orange on his wingtips, which are almost one and a half times further apart than he is tall when his wings are fully unfolded. His feet and tailtip are also black as pitch, which is contrasted by his silvery back- and tail-ridges, as well as his claws.
Weapons: As if the fact that Nitrous can and does utilize his heavy, powerful, yet agile body to tip the scales in a skirmish isn’t enough, he has, like most dragons, the ability to breathe fire, either as a short-range stream or a longer-range ball of flames. Unlike his foxcoon archrival, he does not use his F-Zero machine, Skyward Fire, for battle.
Special Powers: Nitrous has an amazing level of control over his flight. He can change directions in mid-air faster than a rabbit can blink.

Name: Overkill.NME

Personality: Overkill was originally an AI created by Wizard of Odds as a “boss” enemy in R.O.A.R.’s training simulations. However, the chip with Overkill’s program was stolen by a reptilian spy, and the malicious AI was loaded into a Titan-model robotic body. With a few tweaks to Overkill’s code, the reptiles were able to make it recognize them as the voices of authority. Now inducted into the Shell Army ranks, Overkill lives for one mission: to kill all three Jackrabbits, as well as Eva Earlong and the Queen.
Appearance: Overkill’s Titan body is an intimidating sight, at just more than ten feet tall. Its entirety is covered in heavy armour, which, while slowing it down tremendously, makes it a near-impossible foe to topple. Its heavy arms both end in super-fast chainguns, and it sports a high-powered searchlight on its left shoulder, and a rocket launcher on its right.
Weapons: The aforementioned chainguns on its arms and the rocket launcher on its shoulder, not to mention its pure blunt weight. Upon landing from a jump, it has enough mass to shake the ground.
Special Powers: The Overkill AI has the power to jump from robot to robot as it pleases; if the destination robot is controlled by AI, it’s fit to be hijacked.

Yes, more characters to post here. You'll all be happy to know that progress on E:JF and SoT has generally resumed to somewhere near its original speed. I'll try to have at least one chapter for both of them up before I leave for vacation midway through August.
Anyway, here are the characters. Five.
Name: David “Erad” Summer
Age: 43
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: Crystal’s long-lost father David, more commonly referred to as Erad, was taken prisoner during a short battle near the Myriad Metropolis. He was able to escape shortly after, but he found himself somewhere in a region of Carrotus he’d never seen before, populated by turtles and lizards. Not stopping to see whether or not the reptiles were benign, knowing that he’d be powerless to stop them if they weren’t, Erad was able to escape the region unnoticed, and took up the life of a nomad. He travels from city to city, spending his nights on an open bed in the house of a kind citizen if he is within a hub of civilization by nightfall and on the ground if he is not, and does small tasks around the cities he visits in exchange for food, water, and supplies for his journey. He is driven by the need to return to his wife and daughter, and the knowledge that he’ll eventually find them again, once and for all.
Once a content, well-meaning Carrotan citizen, Erad is now much more cautious in speech and action. He trusts very few others, and he does not go far out of his way to help someone else, unless he knows there’s something in it for him. He is a strong believer in the concept of karma, and keeps track of who he owes and who owes him back.
In battle, Erad follows no rules; he will not hesitate to attack a weaponless enemy, nor will he wait for an enemy to face him. His motivation to achieve victory is not style, nor nobility, but survival; thus, he will do anything and everything to defeat his enemies.
Appearance: Erad has pale blue fur, silver in some places, and brown eyes, unlike the bright green of his wife and daughter. He typically wears a black vest, dark green pants, a navy blue backpack, and a brown leather bracer on each wrist. Also, the code “M-5149” is burned into his right shoulder, which was the entirety of his identification while he was held captive by the reptiles. One of his long incisors is slightly chipped, and there is a scar under his left eye from a battle some few years before, which has long since healed, but is still visible.
Weapons: Erad usually uses guns stolen from his enemies; if, by chance, he has run out of stolen guns, he uses two light, one-handed axes.
Special Powers: None.

Gender: Hermaphrodite

Personality: Rochani, once you get to know hir, is very friendly and personable. While not one of the most vocal in a group, shi does speak hir mind when shi feels it appropriate to do so. Though she is not particularly intelligent, shi donates hir limited wisdom or hir honest opinion when it’s needed. Also, shi is usually willing to offer hir body as an alternate mode of transportation for rabbits or similar comparatively light creatures, again when needed.
Despite hir collected outward appearance, Rochani is inwardly uncomfortable with the knowledge that shi is practically a cornucopia of anomalies. Subsequently, the one thing that severely aggravates hir is when someone can’t seem to pull their mind off of one of hir “traits”, be it that shi is a hermaphrodite or, less often, that shi is an adept telepath or a casthian.
Appearance: Rochani’s fur is an orange-gold tone, excepting hir white paws, ventral fur, and twin tailtips. Shi wears a white t-shirt to cover hir upper body, and a loosely-woven, but intricate lattice of black leather straps on hir lower half. Attached to this lattice, about halfway along hir lower body, are a pair of katanas resting in their scabbards; considering shi has not yet been seen to use said katanas, the purpose of carrying them around is unknown to all but hirself.
Weapons: Rochani uses a psychic weapon that shi refers to as a deathball, a silver, glowing, seemingly weightless sphere that shi hurls at enemies. This sphere can tear through metal, concrete, and force shields as if they weren’t even there. Upon impact with a living entity, said enemies implode in a short, but certainly entertaining, display of blue flame. Also, after impact, the deathball will bounce away again, toward another enemy previously targeted by Rochani, and repeats the process.
The only problem Rochani has found with this technique is that shi can’t compensate for a miss, and since the deathball cannot change directions without hitting a living target, shi is forced to stop its flight to avoid hitting and killing an ally. This takes a lot of concentration and energy, the use of which leaves hir vulnerable to attack, and the ensuing explosion produced by the rapidly decomposing sphere of psychic energy, while small, is still respectably powerful.
Special Powers: Rochani is easily stronger than shi looks, able to support a rabbit’s weight with one hand, and the weight of five or six on hir lower back.

Personality: Shotgun is not an easy person to get along with; he consistently seems to either be pensive or aggravated, and has a very short temper, so it’s a good idea to mind what one says in his presence. In spite of this, he is an invaluable source of lateral thinking, which comes in handy more than even he himself expects it to.
Having once been the commander of the CASF battleship Vigilant, Shotgun has experience in delegating tasks, and can assume leadership when necessary, although it rarely is. However, he has a fear of making costly mistakes; if he does not trust someone else to perform a task close enough to perfection for his liking, he will take it over himself.
Appearance: Shotgun has bright yellow fur and blue-green eyes, and is slightly taller than most other rabbits. He usually wears a belt and a backpack, both black, to hold his piece and sufficient ammunition to rip a hole through a small planet. Also, his palms and fingers are an ashen shade; most of the discolouration comes from the explosive blastpowder in his ammunition, but some of it is due to actual volcanic ash, collected by his father a few days after Shotgun’s birth, that he occasionally sifts through.
Weapons: Unsurprisingly, Shotgun’s dark red, double-barreled weapon of choice is his namesake. He refers to his gun as a scatter blaster, but to everyone else it’s an automatic shotgun. The gun itself can go through two dozen shells in four seconds, so it is in consistent need of reload; however, the shells Shotgun uses are vastly more powerful than standard shells, capable of completely vaporizing a lizard in one shot, or taking down a Tuf Turtle in no more than two or three.
Special Powers: While lacking the skill to hover using his ears, Shotgun makes up for it by using the immense recoil from his powerful scatter blaster to float for a few seconds at a time. Despite that this is usually impractical, it has saved him more than once from suffering a fatal fall.

Personality: The first of an artificially created, genetically modified race of creatures inhabiting the planet Mil, n, then known as Zero, was originally bred to be the King of the Milians. However, when one of the projects influencing his life went awry, and he was regretfully told the story of his unnatural birth, n fled Mil as soon as he could, and put as much distance between himself and his home planet as his personal fighter could. He eventually found Carrotus, which was the first planet he could believe was calm enough for him to survive in peace, but hectic enough to suitably hide him from anyone trying to find him. However, n got word not long afterward that One, the second Milian in line for the title of King, was planning to expand Milian territory by taking over planet after planet, as far as Milian civilization could reach. Now, standing steadfast for the safety of Carrotus, n’s single priority is to stop One before he goes too far; or, failing that, to end One’s rule once and for all.
The easiest way to describe n is straightforward. He never talks in circles, and he is never enigmatic: he speaks only the truth, or does not speak at all. He follows commands to their utmost, and carries them out as quickly and efficiently as he can; however, once having been the ruler of an entire planet, he knows how to effectively give orders, as well as take them.
Appearance: n’s seven-foot-tall, muscular body is covered in brown and tan scales, as is his short tail. His eyes glow a bright green, which makes it somewhat disconcerting to look him in the eye. He usually wears inconspicuous body armour, which resembles black leather, but is actually some hundred times as strong. There are blade-like spikes on his knuckles, elbows, and knees, as well as lethally sharp claws on his fingers, but he rarely risks actively getting close enough to an enemy to use them, favouring his artificial Milian armaments instead.
Weapons: n carries standard Milian weaponry, which consists of a sniper rifle/crossbow hybrid called a boltgun, and a large, powerful assault rifle, slightly modified for greater accuracy.

Personality: The tyrannical Milian King One rules with an icy heart and an iron fist, and uses his power to decimate any uprisings among those below him. He aspires to turn a potentially peaceful civilization into an entirely military society in order to establish a first step in amassing an army too strong and swift to be stopped by any average enemy, and plans to use this army to take over as many nearby systems as he can before his reign of terror is eventually drawn to a close.
Despite the fact that he realizes he can be classified as a typical maniacal emperor, One considers himself different from others of his kind in that he has studied the errors of those before him and taken precautionary measures to ensure that he does not make those same mistakes. He could be thought of as paranoid, but it is worth mentioning that no Milian, Carrotan, or otherwise has even had a shot at stopping him since he rose to power.
Appearance: Standing at eight and a half feet tall, One’s body is covered in tawny scales, like those of his predecessor, n. Also, like n, One is adorned with spikes on his elbows, knuckles, and knees, as well as the sharp claws on his fingertips. One’s protective body armour is quite a few levels up from the standard, owing to the fact that he is, of course, a king; instead of the traditional black, One’s armour is royal blue, with a silver chevron along its front, denoting his kingship.
Weapons: Like n, and all other Milian troops, One carries a boltgun and a Milian assault rifle. However, he has also made use of a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher more than once in battle.

Personality: Nobody really knows where Skyborne came from, or much about her at all; she simply seems to have appeared out of the sky one day and decided to make herself at home on Carrotus. Living peacefully within a dormant volcano near the edge of the Rockius mountain range, Skyborne is not an immediate threat to everyday life on Carrotus unless provoked, which is usually due to some nosy explorers encroaching on her territory.
When it comes to battle, Skyborne is not so much a mercenary as she is a gun nut; in layman’s terms, she’ll fight for whoever has the most, best, or biggest toys. She acts this way because, unlike other dragons, she lacks the ability to breathe fire, and feels it necessary to compensate for this shortcoming.
Skyborne is but a child at heart, enjoying her life to its fullest and usually having fun on her own. She has friends among the Carrotan populace, and often visits them when she is lonely. She is not easily offended by anything; however, she will seek retribution if something befalls one of her friends.
Appearance: Skyborne’s scales are a sky-blue colour, and her ventral scales, as with her small horns, back ridges, and tail barbs, are a glossy white. Her eyes shine a light green-yellow when she is not aggravated, but they become a bright, burning orange when she is. The very tip of her tail is a silvery tone.
Weapons: Skyborne uses whatever the most powerful weapon is that her allies have to offer. She can, but usually does not, use her teeth, claws, and tail as melee armament.

Her robe is enchanted, and reflects all magic and temporarily solidifies as hard as stone wherever things hit it, rendering her almost completely immune to physical damage and still giving her amazing agility. She also wears a black helmet with a visor that lets her see in all directions.

She's also very strong, and can lift over six fat people at once with one hand. Using her magic spear, Fred, that can kill anything on contact, she fights the armies of all who oppose her.

She also has a problem with killing people who don't attack her first, but she will still kill them if she is bored.

Copper usually wears dark blue-grey pants and a black shirt, loose sleeves caught into wide cuffs marked with white. Her black combat boots are worn and scuffed, as is her sword and gunbelt. Coppertop moves self-consciously and awkwardly except when she is fighting; then her movements are graceful and fluid. She wears no jewelry save a slender silver band on her right hand.
Personality: Quietly friendly in a standoffish, distanced way, Copper is a private person who is out of her depth when dealing with people. She resorts to sarcasm or silence depending on mood. Her anger lends her eloquence. Copper is a loner, and takes rejection as a matter of course. Most "ordinary" rabbits view her with suspicion, her odd accent only adding to it. With her few friends, Copper is more relaxed and talkative. She is in her element at the controls of an aircraft or spacecraft. Appearance: Endowed with shimmering, opaline fur of iridescent white, Sirato is a striking figure, amber-eyed and lithe. Middling height and lean rather than muscular, his slender frame contains a great deal of strength. His flame-colored eyes are piercingly direct, like those of a falcon or hawk. Sirato wears only a silver chain, polished to mirror-brilliance, wrapped around his waist, and occasionally a black and gold bandanna. He wears a polished gold ring set with a blue topaz on his left hand, and silver arm bracers.
Personality: Sirato is deliberate and, while quick to private anger, very controlled and slow to action. A complex personality with hidden depths and unexpected strengths, Sirato is outwardly calm no matter what the situation. He likens his powerful anger to a dragon - should he ever lose control over it, he is not likely to be able to rein it in again. Therefore he tries to avoid losing his temper at all costs, maintaining a meditative serenity.
In the rare chance that his anger does slip the leash, Sirato's frozen fury does indeed rage out of control, fixing upon the nearest being with ruthless disregard for reason. Skills: Sirato often appears emotionless, due to his death-grip on his temper, and as such is the ideal mediator. His agile swiftness is an asset in battle, as is his often unanticipated strength. Sirato considers battle a last resort, and will counsel peace until the end.
Special Powers: Sirato's opaline, iridescent fur acts like a mirror for light, reflecting and magnifying it. This tends to make him rather disconcerting to watch. The effect is intensified by his fury, so that he appears to be a golden-eyed pillar of living flame when his anger gets out of control.
Weaknesses: While Sirato's rage does not affect his ability to think, it does cause him to be irrational and reactionary anyway. While it enhances his strength, it also lashes out at the nearest targets, regardless of identity, and makes him prone to violence. His anger frightens even Sirato at times with its intensity.

Personality: The youngest rabbit ever to attain the status of Captain of the Queen’s Legions, Crisis is a valiant, if inexperienced, soldier and leader. However, he finds it extremely difficult to get his fellow soldiers to listen to him, even despite his rank, and often loses his temper over it. He has been reprimanded once in the past for shooting one of his less cooperative subordinates in the foot in order to get the entire group’s attention, but other than that he has a relatively clean record, and the respect of his superiors in that he is a brave, but not foolhardy, fighter.
Crisis is a very good friend of Terpsichore, to the point where one could call them boyfriend and girlfriend, and when he’s not expressly required by the Legions they do their best to spend as much time as they can together. As a result, during peacetime they are nigh on inseparable. He also relies on her, from time to time, to keep him from doing something stupid out of frustration; in return, he does whatever is in his power to help her out of her rare dark moods.
Appearance: Crisis has light blue fur, brown eyes, and dark blue stripes along his arms and back. He wears a long, red scarf, a black backpack, and white wristbands. The very tip of his left ear is missing, and there are another two notches an inch from the tip, presumably from some creature’s claws. Crisis’ most notable attribute is the pair of small, but bulky red machines that he wears around his ankles in battle; they metamorphose to become small jets, which he can trigger with his heels to dash, hover, or fly short distances.
Weapons: Crisis is best suited to fighting with his hands and feet, but he is still skilled in the use of medium-range weaponry, particularly of assault rifles.
Special Powers: Crisis has become skilled with his ankle rockets to the point where he invents maneuvers entirely by instinct. Also, each of the jets weighs at least ten to fifteen pounds, so his feet, and subsequently his kicks, have a lot more weight to them.

Personality: So nicknamed for her love of singing for her peers, and of song and dance in general, Terpsichore, or Terp, is a trusting, lovable young rabbit who seems to be a friend of everyone. She doesn’t like fighting or violence, especially among her friends, and if she is unable to stop it outright she refuses to take a side. Terp has no problem mediating petty arguments, if that’s what is needed to stop them.
Terp spends a lot of time, almost every spare second that she has, with her boyfriend Crisis. Roughly the only time they are apart is when he’s needed by the Legions; they are even together nine nights out of ten, both of them having become accustomed to sleeping in the same bed. Terp frequently has to reassure her parents that sleeping is all they’re doing in bed.
Of the few faults that she has, Terp’s biggest is that she has very little esteem for herself. She often thinks poorly of herself, but only occasionally voices her thoughts to Crisis. She has said that helping to solve other people’s problems takes her mind off of her own, and she appears to count on Crisis to help solve hers.
Appearance: Terp’s fur is a vivid turquoise, and her blue eyes are usually behind a pair of small glasses. She wears a nondescript, white T-shirt, and slightly loose, once-blue jeans. On each wrist she wears one red and one blue bracelet, and she wears a thin gold necklace, from which a gold musical note with an amber crystal embedded into it hangs.

Personality: A mysterious creature with an unexplained past, Vyto is often distant in his attitude and circular in his speech and thought. He never gives any vital information to
anyone without a very convincing reason, he trusts no one, and he never talks about himself, for good reason: anything he says about himself could indirectly end up getting him killed.
Vyto was the archetypical project of the shadowy Professor Youngblood, an educator-turned-scientist obsessed with creating the perfect AI. The cybrid was released as part of an experiment, in order to learn from those around him and thus be able to adapt to everyday Carrotan life. However, when Vyto was wrongly accused of killing a civilian, Youngblood ordered him to return in order to be either modified or destroyed. When Vyto refused to respond, Youngblood sent out a more advanced prototype, referred to as Slythe, to eliminate Vyto.
Appearance: Vyto’s fur is snow-white from nose to tail, excepting a black tailtip, and his wings are a dark grey. His deep eyes are a dark blue colour, and they never seem to shine or reflect anything. Also, there are four long, red, gash-like marks along his body: two from his shoulders to his flanks, which cross through the bases of his wings, and two more along either side of his underbelly.
Weapons: Vyto appears mostly unarmed, and usually simply uses his blunt claws to injure enemies. However, hidden in the black fur of his tailtip is a razor-sharp blade; while it is not long enough to cleanly sever a neck or limb, it is very capable of cutting an enemy open or delivering a murderous stab.
Special Powers: Being mostly mechanical, Vyto remains generally unharmed by most injuries, and can easily survive even if one of his extremities, including his head, is destroyed or torn off. However, on top of looking hideous, he becomes very slow if he loses a leg, and incapable of speech, sight, and hearing if he loses his head. He relies on an internal radar to guide him in the latter case. Fortunately, given an abundance of time and supplies, he is able to repair his mechanical component, while his organic skin and musculature simply regenerates over time.

Personality: Vyto Barrakon’s “brother” Slythe was created and programmed for one purpose: to capture or destroy Vyto, at all costs. He does anything and everything in his power in an effort to achieve this goal, up to and including killing anyone who could be suspected of siding with Vyto. Not many rabbits have escaped Slythe alive, so very little else is known about him.
Appearance: The chromatic opposite of his brother, Slythe has pitch-toned fur, a white tailtip, fiery orange eyes, and pale silver wings. Also, the gash-like strips of fur along his back and sides are not red, but more of a blue-green colour.
Weapons: Slythe has a tailblade identical to Vyto’s hidden in his white tailtip, but he is more prone to using the blade than his claws.

Personality: Part spy, part assassin, part contract killer, Phase1 is commonly regarded as a criminal, but apprehending her is a task beyond the capability of even the Queen’s Legions. She is known to have been hired, recruited, consulted, or otherwise by both Carrotans and members of the Shell Army, and she has no qualms with killing anyone necessary to attain her goal.
Phase1 never dares to venture into open battle, knowing she wouldn’t stand a chance against any weapon larger than a pistol. She instead prefers to attack where her enemies expect it least: in the safety of their own fortress.
Phase1 has a very distinctive trait: she refers to herself in the plural. It’s unknown why she does this, but it occasionally confuses those to whom she speaks. It’s usually safer not to ask.
Appearance: Most of Phase1’s fur is dark gold, nearly black, but her hands are a pale blue colour. Her eyes are deep green, and her shoulder-length hair is somewhere between brown and red. She wears black gloves to cover her light-furred hands, but otherwise rarely anything more than the very minimum of bodily coverings when she’s on a mission. It’s assumed that this is so she doesn’t have to worry about a target catching sight of her clothing.
Weapons: Phase1 is armed only with two short, single-edged daggers; however, her swiftness enables her to get close enough to a target to inflict a number of lethal slashes before they can react.
Special Powers: Phase1 appears to have the ability to translocate over short distances on the ground.

Personality: General Sleighter is rarely seen, but often heard, giving orders to his subordinates through any number of intercoms. He is extremely collected and organized in his thoughts, and he never gives any commands without considering every aspect, consequence, and repercussion. He is a strong believer in teamwork, backup, escorts, and the like; he’s had his life saved on more than one occasion by his quick-thinking comrades-in-arms, back in the days when he was a common fighter.
To most people looking for him, General Sleighter almost seems to disappear entirely during peacetime. However, for those who know how to find him, he is somewhat aggressive in his speech and behaviour. Fortunately, it’s not so much that he begins to appear frightening; he says he saves his anger for the battlefield.
Appearance: The General has dark red fur covering his nondescript, if somewhat short, body, as well as snow-white hair on his head and roving brown eyes. Other than the headset microphone often seen adorning one ear, the first thing everyone notices about General Sleighter is the set of three long, parallel scars running down the left side of his face, narrowly missing his eye and the corner of his mouth. Despite that he got these scars several years ago, they never seem to fully heal. Also, he walks with a minor, but noticeable limp, which makes it impossible for him to run nearly as fast as many other rabbits do; this is really the only reason why he never fights on foot.
Weapons: If and when General Sleighter goes into battle, he uses his personal fighter, Crimson. The ship isn’t much larger than a standard CASF fighter, but it carries almost five times the armament.
Special Powers: None.

Personality: Like the mysterious Violet, Nemesis’ existance was unknown until she made it painfully obvious, by single-handedly destroying the docked CASF battleship Ghosts of War. Since then she has been a constant threat to the Carrotan militia, appearing from out of thin air, wreaking havoc in all directions, then vanishing again without a trace. Other than that she has fought alongside Violet once or twice in the past, and that she seems to have control over the deadly Corruptor, any further information is unknown.
Appearance: Nemesis’ fur is mainly a dark blue, excepting her silver hands, feet, and ventral fur, and her magenta hair is cut into a sort of mohawk, with a short ponytail down to the upper edge of her shoulder blades. Her eyes are a bright hazel. She usually wears an almost skintight grey bodysuit, which further adds to the image of catlike sleekness.
Weapons: Nemesis carries a single, split-bladed sword at all times. As well as being a formidable melee armament, this sword, when swung, unleashes a series of somewhat large, blue, glowing daggers that are able to pierce almost anything up to the length of their ten-inch blades.
Special Powers: As previously mentioned, Nemesis has the capability to disappear into thin air.

Name: Corruptor (Stefan Rainier)
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Alignment: Evil
Personality: The secreted last subject of an underground experimental project not dissimilar to the long-destroyed Turbulence Machine, Corruptor is the ideal soldier: strong, fast, deadly. He often functions well as a one-rabbit army, able to hold off any number of enemies for as long as necessary. As a result of the experiment, he has become a war machine, and battle appears to be all that he thinks about.
Having recently established a sort of alliance with the shrewd Nemesis, Corruptor acts as her backup in battle, simply tearing through anything that isn’t on his side. He exacts his vengeance upon anyone who hurts Nemesis within seconds of when they do, and never hesitates to protect her with his life. It’s been suggested, but greatly doubted, that Nemesis actually controls Corruptor; this suggestion has yet to be proven.
Appearance: Corruptor has black fur, dark silver ventral fur, white tail- and eartips, and brightly burning orange eyes. The expression on his face always seems to be twisted into a maniacal sneer. His musculature appears greatly exaggerated, possibly due to the experiment he underwent that transformed him. He wears large, silver-coloured metal shoulder guards, spiked and clawed silver gauntlets, metal elbow- and kneepads, and steel-toed boots, as well as a black leather belt and a red headband.
Weapons: When not fighting at point-blank range using his strength, Corruptor carries a powerful chaingun in his right hand, and a rocket launcher in his left. They were both originally designed to be two-handed weapons, and as such they look too heavy to be held with one hand each by a normal rabbit, but they have been modified to allow Corruptor to do so with relative ease.
Special Powers: Seemingly to complement Nemesis’ swiftness, Corruptor is very strong, and has been seen to pick up and hurl a rabbit with relative ease.

Personality: The Covenant’s answer to the evil Mental, Csikos was created in more of a purposeful manner than its rival. It is programmed with only three priorities: protect the Covenant, defend Carrotus, and destroy Mental. At all other times, it acts as a steadfast guard of the Covenant’s main keep.
When at peace, Csikos is an invaluable source of information; it seems to have been infused with the knowledge of most, if not all, practical things known. Being that it is essentially a magical machine, it will disclose any information asked of it, excepting that which pertains to the Covenant, for its creators’ safety.
Appearance: Csikos basically looks like a walking set of medieval knight’s armour, slightly shorter than most rabbits; however, where the knight’s face would be, as well as between the joints and plates of the armour, shines a bright, slightly pulsing cyan light. This light turns a blazing yellow when Csikos engages itself in battle.
Weapons: Csikos is armed with three different kinds of weapons. The first is its comparatively small shield, which resembles a Tragedy Mask, and appears to strike back at anything that hits it, or that it hits, with a powerful magenta burst. The second is the device on Csikos’ right wrist, which looks like a four-bladed ninja star, and can spin fast enough to rip through the strongest of metal armours. The third is a pair of nondescript sabres, whose blades, while thin, are impossible to break.
Special Powers: Like Mental, Csikos seems to be impossible to kill. However, it can be injured, and it does need time to recuperate.

Name: Animus Carrota

Personality: Animus Carrota, often referred to as Mother Carrotus, is a being for whom one’s disbelief must be suspended: she is the physical lapine embodiment of the planet. She rarely appears unless there is a significant threat to Carrotus, and does everything in her considerable power to dispel that threat. To see Animus Carrota working her magic upon the planet is an experience one does not soon forget.
Animus Carrota has also appeared to confront certain aliens landed on her planet that she is wary of; Rochani Solar, n, and Skyborne are among them. She has no tolerance for those who are slowly destroying Carrotus, whether purposeful or not, even at the level of simple polluters. She only barely keeps her temper when dealing with foresters. However, those of whom she is not suspicious, she does not bother.
Despite her apparent invulnerability to enemies, Animus Carrota has three glaring weaknesses. Firstly, she is injured whenever something harms Carrotus. She will not notice something as small as a knife stuck into the ground, but she has once related being almost completely disabled when a comet crashed into the planet several million years ago. As a corollary, she will not die unless and until Carrotus does. Secondly, she cannot control fire, and it often causes a generous amount of pain to her before it is extinguished. Thirdly, her boundary is the surface of Carrotus; she cannot physically leave the planet. Thus, if there is a threat poised in space, she is powerless to stop it.
Appearance: Animus Carrota has brown fur, one blue eye, and one green eye. Her only real extravagances are two stone bracelets around her wrists, into which complex runes are engraved.
Weapons: Carrotus. Animus Carrota can control any aspect of the planet that she desires, whether that be to make ten-foot-tall spikes shoot up from the ground, send a tidal wave crashing up on shore, create a hurricane out of still air, or build up a rainstorm in a matter of seconds.

Name: Samuel Youngblood
Age: 38

Personality: Professor Youngblood can be described in one word: geek. His intelligence, while occasionally irritating, seems to be boundless, and he rarely, if ever, fails to have an answer to a question. However, he is not very good at thinking outside the box, and has more trouble carrying out thoughts in his head than with pen and paper. He is sometimes heard muttering to himself as he tries to solve a problem in his mind.
Once an esteemed professor of science, noted for his astounding number of almost-successes in chemistry and physics, Youngblood’s entire life was changed when he saw a young student attempting to perfect a robot AI that he had put together himself. He immediately set to work on learning the elements of any number of programming languages in an effort to devine the creation of the perfect AI. He still dabbles in his original fields of expertise – namely, chemistry and physics – but not nearly as much as working with AI, programs, and code.
When his first experiment, Vyto Barrakon, appeared to go unexpectedly haywire by outright killing an innocent, Youngblood took it upon himself to stop his rogue project with his second prototype, Slythe. However, he soon realized his vastly erroneous choice, as Slythe commenced a killing spree in his search for Vyto. Now, Youngblood is one of the few who are capable of stopping the deadly cybrid. He does volunteer, now and then, to aid in battle alongside other soldiers, but his first priority is to put an end to Slythe, and then Vyto, if possible.
Appearance: The Professor has tawny fur, white eartips, and dark grey hands and feet. His sky-blue eyes lie behind somewhat thick glasses, which magnify them to an absurd size. Since he spends the great majority of his time in his lab, he typically is seen wearing a long, white lab coat over his casual clothing, and a pair of thin, black gloves. While he looks almost exactly the same during the rare occasions in which he goes into battle, he lines his coat with a light, but relatively powerful armour.
Weapons: Youngblood is accustomed to a weapon of his own invention, called the Trihelix Wave Laser, which is roughly half as large as the Professor himself. It fires three spiraling golden lasers capable of draining a warship’s shields in a little less than a minute, and of completely slaughtering waves of individual soldiers.
Special Powers: None.

Name: Brendan “Spider” Youngblood
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: Professor Youngblood’s son Brendan is not a naturally sunny character, at the best of times, and nobody is ever sure why. He does have something that could qualify as some sort of a sense of humour, but it is negated by a short, unpredictable temper, and he is insulted by anything that could be construed in any way as an insult. He has a handful of friends that are equally as dark as he is, and who seem to be the only people who are able to understand him to any degree of fullness. When around anyone outside of his small clique, it’s not difficult to see that he puts conscious effort into not saying anything laden with his typical level of arrogance.
In battle, Brendan prefers the offensive over the defensive, where he vents his inner madness upon the helpless enemy. He fends for himself and himself only, but he does a very good job at it, laying low any opponent who risks getting within twenty feet of him.
Appearance: Brendan shares the same tawny colour of fur as his father, but has deep brown eyes as opposed to the Professor’s sky-blue. He has three small, silver studs in his right ear, and wears a necklace with a golden biohazard symbol hanging from it. Most of the time wears a black T-shirt with a runic symbol on the back; the symbol changes from day to day. The jeans he wears, which vary in tone from black to light grey and are usually held by a thin chain-link belt, often have torn knees and frayed hems. Unlike the rest of his body, the fur on his feet is a dark grey.
Weapons: Brendan’s nickname, Spider, comes from his choice in armament. The Wolf Spider auxiliary assault pack looks a lot like the upper half of the obsolescent BIAS, excepting that where the BIAS has two guns, the Wolf Spider has six.
Special Powers: None.

Name: Ganymede (Elissa Forest)
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Alignment: Mercenary
Personality: The leader of the mercenary band known as the Jupiter Crew, Ganymede is renowned for her flawless improvisations in battle. She works toward being completely impossible for her enemies to predict, and appears to be extremely good at it. Her practiced swiftness only adds to her ability to lose the enemy in confusion, and she takes pride every time she hears an irritated “What in the…?!”
While Ganymede does push her teammates to their limits, she does make a point in knowing what their limits are, and ensures that they don’t burn themselves out by trying too hard. She is not afraid to call a retreat if she knows the Crew is losing, and she finds fighting for honour and glory a ridiculous concept. She, like the rest of the Crew, fight for money, and only for money, and she knows the reputation will come on its own.
Despite her being the Crew’s superior, Ganymede does take advice from the others in the group, and puts it to use if she has no better ideas of her own. She typically relies on Europa, the Crew’s tactician, to provide a basic plan of action; she then improvises when it’s needed.
Outside of battle, Ganymede is a sensible, even-tempered creature. She is not easily angered, and is essentially impervious to offense. However, she knows the value of secrecy: she does not divulge anything private about herself, or that someone else has related to her, nor does she ask anything similar of anyone else. The one thing that aggravates her most is someone persistently asking her something she doesn’t feel comfortable with answering.
Appearance: Ganymede has dark brown fur with a single, wide black stripe down her back. Her eyes are a sparkling blue, and her long hair is no lighter than obsidian. She usually wears slightly faded jeans with a tear in one knee, as well as a black t-shirt under a brown bomber jacket with the Jupiter Crew insignia on her right shoulder. She cuts a small nick into the left sleeve of the jacket for every battle that the Jupiter Crew wins for their employers; the nicks are rapidly approaching one hundred in number.
Weapons: Ganymede’s armament of choice is a grapnel, which is basically an oversized fishhook on a rope. She also uses this as an impromptu mode of transportation, swinging or climbing the rope to cross previously insurmountable boundaries. As a backup weapon, she keeps a compact, but comparatively powerful assault rifle handy.
Special Powers: Ganymede is unbelievably accurate with her grapnel. She can hit a target at ten meters that most rabbits would be lucky to hit at two.

Name: Callisto (Aaron Forest)
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Alignment: Mercenary
Personality: Ganymede’s twin brother Callisto is a fearsome force in himself, and an invaluable addition to the Jupiter Crew. He’s the stolid fighter of the group, stopping at nothing to achieve his goals. While considerably less agile in comparison to many other rabbits, he is still comparatively strong, which is indescribably useful in battle. This is somewhat negated by the fact that he occasionally overestimates his power, and does something overly risky without entirely thinking it through first, which often leads to very complicated situations.
Callisto is probably the most outspoken of the Jupiter Crew, voicing his thoughts or opinions with hardly the slightest impetus. While his interjections are, on occasion, more helpful than not, he has gotten “the look” from Ganymede more times than he can count.
Callisto is extremely protective of his sister, despite denying it to anyone who observes it. He has taken hits for her in the past, including a bullet that missed his heart by less than an inch, and fights doubly as hard when she can’t fight at all. These acts do not go unnoticed by Ganymede, and she has made note that if Callisto didn’t get into such trouble so often, she would reciprocate without a moment’s thought.
Appearance: Excluding the obvious physical differences between genders, Callisto’s outward appearance matches his sister’s; the only things that are dissimilar are that Callisto’s hair is much shorter than Ganymede’s, and his eyes are a darker blue. He usually wears a pair of navy blue sweatpants, and a short-sleeved denim jacket with the Jupiter Crew insignia on its right shoulder, and he never seems to take off the black digital wristwatch on his right hand. Also, underneath his jacket, one can still see the remains of several wounds he has taken in the past, including the entry wound of the bullet that nearly took his life.
Weapons: Callisto makes use of an extremely powerful pulse laser blaster called the Andromeda, which can both fire small bursts at a relatively rapid pace, or, when fully charged, loose a blast strong enough to level a small to midsized bunker.
Special Powers: None.

Name: Europa (Kristen Rivers)
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Alignment: Mercenary
Personality: Funk’s older sister Europa makes up for her lack of physical strength by being the strategist for the Jupiter Crew, and she is always the voice of wisdom when it comes to establishing a plan of action. Fortunately for the Crew, Europa’s plans usually have ample room for error, but not enough that any of those involved lose their focus. She usually puts detail only into the instructions of her partners in the Crew, with few exceptions, simply because she knows how Ganymede, Callisto, Io, and she herself works. Anyone else for whom she strategizes usually ends up with one of three tasks: cover, defend, or attack.
Europa is notoriously focused on her job, and is very rarely fazed by anything. The only events that really affect her is if one of her fellow Crewmates, or her brother Funk, is hurt or disabled in battle, in which case she will do her best to cover them. As well, she outright refuses to fight against Funk, nor will she help her team if his life is at stake.
Appearance: Europa has royal blue fur covering the vast majority of her body, excepting her navy blue hands, feet, tailtip, and eartips, and a narrow white strip across her navel. Her brown eyes are slightly hidden behind her rust-coloured hair, which is somewhat longer than shoulder-length and consistently falling partially across her face. Unlike her brother, she is quite slim, and she has some definition of musculature in her arms and legs. She usually wears a thin long-sleeved shirt under a black T-shirt emblazoned on its right shoulder with the Jupiter Crew insignia, light khaki jeans, and a silver pendant, from which a small shard of azure tarydium hangs. One might also catch a glimpse of the medical tape wrapped around her right wrist, from the four successive times that she broke it some years ago.
Weapons: Europa’s armament consists of an NP-150R Combat Assault Rifle, a combined assault rifle and gauss gun.
Special Powers: After all the time spent working with the Jupiter Crew, Europa has learned to think fast in order to compose strategies almost on the spot.

Name: Io (Ian Orschell)
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Alignment: Mercenary
Personality: Io is the technological and intelligence aspect of the Jupiter Crew. He doesn’t particularly enjoy violence and battle, and will make an effort to stay as inconspicuous as possible for as long as possible; ergo, he stays away from open warfare entirely. However, he is in his element when the Crew is faced with an infiltration mission, and he is often relied on to execute the first stages of that mission. Through extensive self-teaching, as well as a generous number of tools, programs, and data, Io can easily take control of essentially any system at all, given that he can find a place to start.
In most situations, Io is quiet, and somewhat timid; he only speaks when spoken to, with few exceptions. When he does speak, he chooses his words carefully, and says as little as he has to. He follows orders given to him to the utmost of his ability, which, despite his misgivings, is often above and beyond what is needed. One theory for his actions is that he is consistently trying to impress Ganymede; however, he has never outwardly expressed any deep feelings for her, or anyone else, for that matter.
Those who knew Io before he joined the Jupiter Crew call him Glitch, which is his old nickname. He readily answers to either Glitch or Io, but appears to prefer that his fellow Crewmates address him by the latter name.
Appearance: For the most part, Io’s fur is a dark orange-gold, excepting a brown, raccoon-like mask across his greyish eyes. He usually wears a hooded black sweater with a power symbol on the front, and the Jupiter Crew insignia on the right shoulder, as well as blue jeans with an innumerable quantity of pockets. The black and silver backpack he carries holds his various computers and associated paraphernalia. He appears to have a habit of pulling his hood over his head while at work on a computer.
Weapons: Io has no weapons that can do physical damage to enemies, but he does have a multitude of hacking tools, including a control cable, that he can use to make things that much more difficult for his opponents.

In celebration of reactivating my Interweb, here are three new characters!
Name: Captain Simon “Thunder” Byrd
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Alignment: Good
Personality: Captain Firefox’s friendly rival Captain Byrd is one of the voices of command at R.O.A.R. Outpost 9. He’s the most well-known Captain there, partially for his moderately unorthodox training tactics and partially due to absurdly exaggerated rumours of his somewhat short temper. Those who have actually served under him know that he is considerably less volatile than he is said to be, but only to those who he knows will not take advantage of it in the future.
Outside of his military duties, Thunder enjoys the company of his friends, and is usually found in the War Tavern with a small throng of close companions. While he doesn’t exactly have a plethora of exciting tales to tell, he has kept an eye on Ducky, the tavernkeeper, for a long time now. That, and everything becomes hilarious to him when he’s drunk out of his skull.
Appearance: Thunder’s well-groomed fur is a gradient of light blue through metallic grey, from his head to his feet, and his eyes are dark gold in colour. When not wearing his neatly-kept, though somewhat outdated, R.O.A.R. uniform, he wears a hooded white sweater and grey pants.
Weapons: Despite earning his nickname partially from his proficiency with a Lightning Rifle, Thunder now makes use of a Barrage Cannon, a rocket launcher that fires four semi-guided missiles at once.
Special Powers: None.

Name: Jean-Paul “JP” Balmoral
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Alignment: Mercenary
Personality: The calculative and crafty JP Balmoral was once an active member of the Queen’s Legions, but was discharged for insubordination on the one occasion that he tried to achieve recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty; that is, the one time he tried to be a hero. As a result, he is bitter and cynical when it comes to any sort of form of order and rank, especially the military, and more specifically the Carrotan military. He has become suited to fighting as a part of the Deviation, a mercenary alliance where, for the most part, all are equal. The Deviation itself spans at least two dozen worlds, with almost one million members, so it’s certainly a large organization. However, the Deviation does not fight for one employer at a time; its members are permitted to choose their own hires, though those that fight against each other are frowned upon.
JP is cunning, intuitive, and usually level-headed. He is typically the first to come up with a solution to a strategic quandary. While his solutions do have a tendency to seem outlandish or overcomplicated, they also have a tendency to work flawlessly.
Outwardly, JP is outspoken and somewhat cocky, but not foolhardy. He has long since learned that it’s often not worth it to go above and beyond the call of duty, and as such does only what needs to be done, though not without his trademark style.
Appearance: JP’s fur is dark grey along his back and tail, white on his chest, belly, muzzle, hands and feet, and a light silver-grey anywhere else. Beneath his wind-blown gold-brown hair is a pair of deceptively calm brown eyes, that glint knowingly with his devilish grin. He usually wears a white T-shirt under a red windbreaker with a silver moon sewn into it, as well as blue cargo jeans that are a few sizes too long for him. In the pockets of these jeans, he carries extra clips for his weapons, as well as the last medal of achievement he earned while serving in the Carrotan Corps.
Weapons: JP uses a pair of somewhat oversized, boxy-looking, brown pistols. While the projectiles are several times larger than normal bullets, and proportionately several times more powerful, there are only five bullets to a clip, so he must be consistently aware of his ammunition in a firefight.

Personality: Eclipse was orphaned at a relatively young age, having lost both of her parents in the crash of the transport ship Ferris. She was found amidst the wreckage of the destroyed transport, severely injured and near death, by Captain Byrd during a quick reconnaissance mission. She recovered after a lengthy stay at a nearby hospital, but appeared to have lost her voice, either as a result of the crash of the Ferris, or of the trauma following it.
Byrd became an uncle of sorts to her, looking after and caring for her for a few months’ time, but she soon made it clear, in her strange, silent way, that she could take care of herself. She left home a few days after to make a life for herself, but her absence was not permanent; she still does visit the saviour Captain from time to time, at home or otherwise.
One of the first things others notice about Eclipse is that she can appear and disappear without making so much as a sound, as if she were a ghost. Another is that, despite that she does not speak, and rarely ever writes, she communicates effectively using only body language and surprisingly compelling eyes.
However, it’s relatively easy to ascertain that, even if Eclipse were able to speak, she would be quiet, introverted, and more than a little bitter about everything. She is able to take practically anything said to her mostly in stride, but she does inwardly resent those who disrespect her in any way. She is known to hold grudges, but will usually forgive if whoever it is who has wronged her makes up for it in some way.
Appearance: Eclipse’s fur has a very rare quality, in that it shifts in colour from a deep grey to a pale gold depending on the angle of the light. Her eyes, obscured by her bowed head and her long, copper-coloured hair, are typically sea-green. She wears a dark-coloured T-shirt and black jeans, frayed and ripped in a dozen places, and a dark red case for her blade strung through two of the belt loops.
Weapons: Eclipse uses a single scimitar, Suffer, with astonishing prowess, especially for someone who doesn’t appear to have had training in the past.
Special Powers: Eclipse can change the colour of her eyes seemingly at will, in order to convey messages more easily.

Name: Justin “Mack” Evander

Personality: A close companion of the secluded Alex Stryker, Mack is practically Stryker’s opposite, in that he is extroverted and outspoken, but not outstandingly intuitive. He seems to be incapable of standing still for more than a few seconds at a time, and he often unconsciously falls into stance while talking to others. Also, while he’s visibly content most of the time, it doesn’t take much effort to rile him up, and he occasionally overreacts to impositions made to him. He has yet to actually strike someone out of raw anger, but it does take a lot of self-control to hold back until he can find something inanimate to beat on.
Mack has a weird sense of humour, and often finds strange things funny. As little as a random word out of context can make him laugh for a good ten minutes. If he starts snickering for no apparent reason, it’s probably a better idea not to ask what’s so funny, because his answer likely won’t make much sense anyway.
In battle, Mack is most suited to backing someone else up instead of fighting on his own. He has no method of attacking from a distance, nor of defending against such an attack, so he relies on someone else to protect him from longer-range attacks while he holds off any enemies within a certain radius.
Appearance: Beneath Mack’s blue-green fur lies a toned and defined musculature, and a proud fire burns in his greenish-gold eyes. His clothing of choice usually consists of a pair of well-worn blue jeans, a dark grey muscle shirt, and a navy blue cap that looks older than Mack himself. Also, without fail, he wraps his hands and wrists in white boxer’s wrap before fighting (unless, of course, he doesn’t get a chance to do so).
Weapons: His fists. After years upon years of martial arts and boxing training, as well as a generous amount of sparring with Stryker, Mack has become a master at hand-to-hand combat; he can even defeat an opponent who wields a sword, and has done so more than once in the past. He never uses guns, due to an “unpleasant experience” he had with a pistol sometime in the past.
Special Powers: Mack can dodge nearly any close-range attack thrown at him, whether it be a fist, foot, or blade, and come back with a fluid, lightning-fast combination.

Personality: The mastermind behind Gamma, Delta, and Omicron Hellbot, and the once-trusted former partner of Professor Youngblood, Dr. Kraid betrayed his associate when he stole a recently-completed experiment from Youngblood’s laboratory. Said experiment was a personal shield generator that was allegedly nigh on impenetrable, and
with it Kraid would have supposedly become completely invincible. However, the device backfired, nearly killing Kraid on the spot, and after the injured doctor was treated for his wounds he was promptly charged with grand theft.
Almost as soon as his sentence ended, Dr. Kraid seemed to disappear entirely. Four months passed without any sign that he still existed, before the seemingly random robot raids and attacks began. The two events were not even considered to be connected in any fashion until one of the robotic grunts referred to itself as a “Kraidan.” It wasn’t long after that that Kraid made his announcement to Carrotus that he was essentially holding the planet hostage, with a robotic militia standing by to wipe out anyone who interfered with his magnum opus. Unfortunately for him, the Jackrabbit trio had the entire Kraidan force neutralized in record time, and Kraid quickly vanished back into hiding when he heard that they were coming after him. Whether it is simply that, to hide, or that he is rebuilding and improving upon his original Kraidan army, nobody is entirely sure, but since his defeat there have still been numerous accounts of unexplained robotic insurrections everywhere around Carrotus. The Jackrabbits have not forgotten about him, knowing that he may and probably will return to make a third endeavour to wreak havoc on the peaceless rabbit planet.
Appearance: Dr. Kraid’s armoured body is covered in rough, green-brown scales, from his blunt snout to the tip of his thick, heavy tail. His left eye, the only one of the two still functioning after the catastrophic backfire of the personal shield generator that he tried to steal, is a fiery orange; his right eyelid appears sealed shut by the stained scar across his eye socket. He still wears the remnants of the lab coat he wore while associated with Professor Youngblood, though it has become greatly worn and frayed, torn in a few places. He has a special gauntlet on his right hand, adorned with curved metal “claws” on the first and second knuckles of each finger; his left forearm is his weapon.
Weapons: In a particularly outrageous bout of fanaticism, Dr. Kraid removed the lower half of his left arm, replacing it with a weapon engineered several years before by himself and Professor Youngblood. This weapon is capable of loosing high-powered energy blasts, as well as functioning as a rapid chaingun of sorts. Aside from this, he is not above using his heavy tail to deliver a crushing blow.
Special Powers: None.

Personality: A refugee from the captive planet Dogma, driven out of his home by the scourge of the seemingly unstoppable Milian army, Odet has something of an air of bitterness about him from losing everything he once held dear. An easy way to describe him is that he is “moody”; he can change from being a quiet, calm observer to an angered beast with the slightest of instigation. Despite this, he does his best to gain the trust of as many others as he can, in an effort to surround himself with those who will fight beside him when he needs it. He made an almost immediate alliance with the radical Milian ex-king n, once he learned of the Milian’s plight, and the two became close friends and partners quickly. Their base intentions are identical: wipe out One and the Milian army, and reclaim the conquered worlds stolen from their initial populaces, including Dogma and Mil itself.
While Odet is unnervingly collected in most situations, there is one thing that antagonizes him above all else, and that is when others do not take him seriously when he tries to be serious. His short temper has earned him a lot of adversaries, almost enough to rival the countless allies he’s strove to make in the relatively short time he’s spent on Carrotus since he arrived.
Appearance: Odet has silvery-blue fur covering most of his slender form, excepting a white band of fur near his tailtip, and his brown eyes rest behind his slightly unkempt, medium-length jet-black hair. He wears a pair of rounded, metallic shoulder guards, a thin brown belt, and khaki jeans, which is essentially the extent of the clothing he was able to carry from Dogma.
Weapons: In battle, Odet uses the single-pilot fighter he used to escape Dogma, which he named the Sonic Valkyrie. While small and light, the ship is not without ample armament, and is easily enough to provide air support.
Special Powers: Odet is no novice pilot; he can pull off maneuvers that would make any Carrotan fighter pilot turn green with envy. However, he is only able to perform these maneuvers with any degree of proficiency using the Sonic Valkyrie, as he becomes somewhat inept at the controls of any other ship.

Personality: Odet’s younger brother Kato is, like Odet himself, a refugee from their invaded homeworld of Dogma; however, he seems not to be quite as bitter about the loss, owing to the fact that he grew up in his brother’s shadow, never really getting to make his own choices and, as such, never being able to make much of a life for himself on his homeworld. On Carrotus, however, he has found himself able to start anew, and build a reputation the way he wants it.
It is important to note, for those who meet him, that most of the calm, collected front Kato puts on is exactly that, nothing more than a façade. Beneath it, he is no doubt quite cynical, possibly as much so as his older brother; he is simply better than Odet at controlling and masking his emotions. He does his best to either enjoy himself or to make himself useful to others, simply to keep himself busy.
Kato usually doesn’t participate in open warfare, though he will if he is needed to. Instead, he prefers reconnaissance, either with or without his brother’s assistance. He is quite capable of holding his own, so he does not depend on Odet; however, they do make an efficient team if and when they are on the same mission.
Appearance: Unlike his brother, Kato has silver and white fur along his back and belly, respectively. His eyes are an almost unnaturally light, icy cyan, and typically has no discernible expression upon his lips. He wears loose-fitting grey jeans, a brown leather belt, metal elbow guards, and thin black gloves, as well as a pair of racing goggles that he rarely actually wears, and are usually dangling around his neck.
Weapons: Kato makes skilled use of, in essence, an ATV with guns, using it to clear out any enemies Odet can’t pick off with the Sonic Valkyrie, or simply to wreak havoc upon any lizard unwise enough to get in his way.
Special Powers: The fur on Kato’s back is stiff, barbed, and sharp as needles. While it doesn’t protect the skin underneath, it does serve as a rude awakening to anyone who tries to lay a hand on him.

Appearance: She's abnormally tall and fairly muscular. She always wears blue ribbons tied very tightly around her elbows, shoulders, ankles, and chest, and occasionally around her hips. Her fur is a very pallid grey and slightly differing in shade on her chin. Both her eyes are bright purple and wide. The hair on her head is no different than the fur on her body, unlike most fur of a female rabbit, another reason for the gender confusion. The "hair" is occasionally spiked. Her hideout in Diamondus Warzone is where she slinks about, a hidden corner where she can't be seen, so few see her before they die. Her tail is dyed a very dark, dusky grey, and nearly black. No one knows why except Steffi, and no one can even be sure of Steffi's relationship with Lie/DYS...
Weapons: RF Missiles and Seekers are her only ammunition (or at least in her "good" moods) and she greatly abuses them, shooting them at inanimate objects and helpless weaklings whom she doesn't even have any reason to shoot at. Personality: Hates Lie/DYS with a burning passion. Also hates clans. She generally is a double-crosser, independant liar, and two-faced jerk, but she has her good points. She's fairly nice, polite, and decent, and she never fails to come to the rescue for her few friends. She's an orphan and actually knew her parents, unlike Lie/DYS. She's typically a loner, but her friends tag along on occasion. She's very cool, level-headed, and is an indirect Character Foil of Lie/DYS. They're always getting into fights, but Steffi usually prevails, taking away a bit of Lie/DYS's territory each time. Her own territory is west of the highest point of Diamondus Warzone by the springs.
Appearance: Like her name describes, she has bright reddish-pink fur. Her hair is a very light blue with orange streaks and is fairly short, always curled up at the bottom to her chin. She seldom is without her yellow headband, but when that fails, she dons a dark green sombrero. Yes, Steffi wears a sombrero. Her eyes are very dark and likely brown or bloody red. No one's gotten close enough to find out. She sometimes wears glasses, but not very often, and is rumored to even wear goggles on occasion. In any case, her sight is bad, but she keeps it secret, especially from her rival. The rest of her attire includes a loose black tanktop and khaki cargo jeans. Her ears are short and her tail has been docked to not be shown. She wears gummi blue sandals and, obviously, hates wearing matching clothes.
Weapons: Her preferred ammunitions are Electro Blasters (well, DUH) and any kind of Flamethrower. She likes the neglected and unorthodox, and hates the overused. She neglects Pepper Spray and Seekers especially. She'll make short truces with Lie/DYS and borrow her RFs, however. Her gun is a small, jet0black Blaster, similar in form to Spaz's.
Special Powers: Fairly fast for her shorter stature and major deception. What can I say? She's a double-crosser!

Personality: Rakansen, whose name translates almost directly to “Dragon Mage”, is one of the founders of the secretive association of mages known as the Covenant. He is not often seen, and even less often heard; however, he makes his appearance where and when he is needed.
Rakansen has rarely, if ever, spoken of himself; a creature of few words, it’s extremely difficult to know his true emotions. His greatest concerns, not surprisingly, seem to be of the survival and well-being of the Covenant and those of whom it is comprised. Seemingly to complement his respectable standing, he has taken up a sort of lofty, foreboding disposition: he is the kind of creature to look upon others with crossed arms and cold, emotionless eyes, and to give commands solely by a calm, confident gesture. However, this is not the case when dealing with individual Covenantines, which is the name he uses to refer to his subordinates; while he does expect his lessers to practice, to study, and to learn from others, he will, from time to time, act as a teacher of his own choice. He is a fair and unbiased arbiter when his judgement is needed, and customarily follows the principle of “innocent until proven guilty”, though he spares little mercy upon those who have ultimately been proven guilty.
Appearance: With an impressive standing height of six feet, ten inches, it’s somewhat difficult not to look up to Rakansen to look him in the eye. His fur is the reverse of what a normal tiger’s fur would look like: he has black fur with orange stripes, as opposed to orange with black. Outside of battle, he wears the traditional silvery-white cloak of the Covenant, marked only with a black crescent embracing the association’s insignia to denote his high-ranking status. On the battlefield, however, he wears several elements (though rarely, if ever, a full suit) of armour over and under his cloak, which consist of protection for his torso, his thighs, and his left forearm, and are coloured with the same patterns as the fur underneath. He only wears this much so that he is able to retain his catlike swiftness in dispatching his enemies.
Weapons: In battle, Rakansen wears a long gauntlet on his right hand and forearm that strongly resembles the head and neck of a dragon. From the hand within this gauntlet, he fires large projectiles, some almost rivaling their creator in size, that again resemble the head of a dragon, and are translucent and dark purple in colour.
Special Powers: Rakansen is able to teleport across comparatively short distances several successive times in a row with relative ease, in any direction, whether on the ground or in the air.

Name: Ruhiel (Orpheus King)
Age: Unknown; younger than Rakansen

Alignment: Good
Personality: Ruhiel, the second founding figure of the Covenant, is considerably less military than his compatriot, Rakansen. He is often thought of as the tiger mage’s second-in-command; he does not resent his position, though the designation is not entirely accurate, as Ruhiel is no less than Rakansen’s equal in skill, knowledge, diligence, and discipline.
Despite that he is less fond of the concept of rank and file than Rakansen, and that he has want of neither fame nor renown, Ruhiel can be aptly described as a perfectionist and a pedant, as well as extremely devoted to the Covenant and its workings. He was once termed the symbol of the mage coalition by one of his lessers, a designation which he seems to be quite proud of. He appears to be one of the decisive influences that keep the Covenant running like a well-known machine; in fact, it is rumoured that Rakansen, widely known as the head of the Covenant, exchanged positions with Ruhiel sometime in the past, retaining his recognition while secretly relying on his younger companion to govern the association in his stead.
Ruhiel is the mind behind the conception of Csikos, whose origin was brought about by the death of Ruhiel’s cousin in the naissance of the evil Mental. He says that he harbours sentiment of neither grievance for his cousin, nor vengeance upon her matricidal creation, and engineered Csikos solely to protect innocents from the demonic creature; whether or not he speaks the truth regarding his emotions is unknown.
Appearance: Ruhiel’s fur, for the most part, is snowy white, excepting for the purple, ribbon-like markings around his head, torso, wrists, and ankles. His eyes are a brilliant royal blue, and give the impression that he can see right through whoever he is looking at. He is slightly taller than most other rabbits, but not so much so that he becomes a looming, imposing figure.
When it comes to clothing, he is a purist to the white Covenant’s robe, simply refusing to wear anything else. He has protected it with a thin, subtle veil of magical shielding, so that it is not easily damaged; if and when it is, he sets about repairing it at the first opportunity he sees.
Weapons: After some deliberation amongst the Covenant leaders, Ruhiel was permitted to arm himself with the Sword of the Covenant, a majestic blade honed so finely by magic that its edges are no more than an atom in thickness. Its size indicates that it requires the use of two hands to be swung properly, though Ruhiel only uses one.
Special Powers: Ruhiel is capable of effortlessly floating in midair without any evident method of doing so.

Name: Miss Fortune (Jessica Silver)

Personality: Jessica is a dark, somewhat introverted creature, who seems to hold a lot of secrets. She tries not to get too attached to anything or anyone, knowing that if she does, that thing or one stands an even greater risk of falling prey to what she refers to as her “jinx”.
Known more widely as Miss Fortune, Jessica was cursed even before she was born, inheriting the malevolent spell from her mother, upon whom it was originally laid. The curse states simply that bad things, inexplicable things, would have a tendency to happen around her. Sometimes these things will be as harmless as a lightbulb suddenly bursting; however, there have been far worse events than these, likely also caused by the curse, such as a six-foot steel spike crashing out of the blue through a window to impale her erstwhile best friend through the chest. She often, if not always, seems to blame herself for these happenings, and as such her self-esteem is minimal at best.
Nevertheless, Miss Fortune makes herself useful to her comrades, by being a spy or a double agent. She reasons that these positions have the greatest likelihood of getting her behind enemy lines, and if bad things happen around her then, it doesn’t matter.
Miss Fortune also goes by a second pseudonym; she tells her false allies to refer to her as Chance, to doubly mask her identity. She will respond to either nickname (in fact, more readily than her real name).
Appearance: Miss Fortune’s fur is a very dark shade of grey, and her long, black hair is tied into a single braided ponytail, of which one of the braids is dyed blood red, the only part of her form that is not monochrome, apart from her hazel-green eyes. Her ears end in scruffy white tufts, as does her tail, and there are white markings, that look to have been drawn in chalk, on her cheeks. She typically wears a light grey t-shirt under a black leather jacket, as well as jeans that may once have been blue, but are now faded to grey. A silver earring marks both of her ears. It is also interesting to note that she occasionally lacks a shadow.
Weapons: Her curse. While she does not particularly take to open battle, and carries no physical weaponry, Miss Fortune uses her jinx to her advantage in up-ending the plans of her “allies”.
Special Powers: In a desperate attempt to be rid of her curse, Miss Fortune visited a dark magess, who cast a spell on her with the intent to purge the malevolent jinx from her. While the spell did not do what it had intended at all, it inadvertantly gave her full control over her shadow, which she has dubbed Silhouette. She can use it as a scout or a decoy if needed, but she usually keeps it nearby.

He's got dull grey fur, brown eyes, not that fat, but not exactly fit to do any heroic stuff either. He's basically the same as any other Galactic Rabbit, except that his fingers are delicate yet strong (because of his profession...not pianist though :P).
Bio
He's a jobless tileset masker and a former citizen of Jazz 2 City. He left with his friend Unigma (who I won't talk about later) when they both got fired from a Tileset Making Factory. Fortunately, they escaped the horrible fate of being eaten by a giant white rabbit (not associated with me). He dislikes cacti, enjoys carrotea and coffee (but to a lesser extent). He hates turtsandwiches (basically sandwiches with turtle flesh in them, and extremely imflammable turtle synovial fluid sauce) and prefer not to eat Gorbochews (available from J2LC vending machines). Stuart is lazy when he's not tileset masking, likes TV, but not watching the news, tends to have rows with newspaper agencies and is a very messy person, except when he is tileset masking. He has won a price for the best masked tileset 1999, but Disguise stole it from him. He is currently heading for Holidaius in a spaceship called Nietzche's Shoe because the ship's captain felt she needed a break.
Personality
Stuart would prefer it if he did not need to fight Beholders, turtles or giant dragons. He isn't very extrovert and tells himself that he likes close friends. He's completely obsessed with tileset masking, but it doesn't mean that he can't do anything else. He's prone to do something random and/or plot-defying once in a while. Oh, and he's 45% Arthur Dent. He's planning to change that to 40% in the future because he prefers not to have someone else's mind messing up his own.

Personality: Following Queen Earlong’s defeat at the hands of her own son-in-law Jazz, Eva, in a desperate attempt to appease her mother’s ire, suggested that she attain, perhaps, a personal guard of some sort, less predictable than a simple armour-clad, sword- and/or gun-wielding lagomorph. After her week-long stint of alternating rage and sulking, the Queen finally decided to take her daughter’s advice, and held a tournament of sorts for the best mercenaries her recruiters could find. Throughout the tournament, one of the challengers rose exceptionally rapidly through the ranks, held the top rank with only minor difficulty, and came out of the competition victorious. This outstanding mercenary, who the Queen hired without hesitation, was (and still is) only known as Garnet the Renegade.
Now, any time one sees the Queen outside of the Castle, one can bet that Garnet is in close proximity. She is focused on her duty to the utmost, doing all she can to earn her pay. When the Queen is within the safety of the Castle walls, Garnet patrols the vicinity of the majestic building, prowling the skies like the bird of prey she is, even into the darkest hours of the night; it is not uncommon to see a winged silhouette pass in front of the moon when one is near to the Castle, serving as a reminder that it is never unprotected.
Garnet, in essence, is an ideal guard: always alert, quick-thinking, and fantastically noble and loyal, despite that she is a mercenary, and as such is paid to be loyal. She is consistently aware of everything that goes on around her, with a nearly impeccable proficiency; coupled with her almost entirely negligible reaction time, nothing is able to slip by her unnoticed. However, the most evident facet of her personality is her righteous, upstanding demeanor, reflected in the piercing glares and scathing words she delivers to those around her who are arrogant, mouthy, ignorant, or something similar.
Garnet’s single shortfall is that she often refuses to be relieved of her task for a break. This takes a toll on both her health and efficiency, leaving gaps in her capability to guard Queen Earlong without fail. Unless she is ordered by the Queen to rest, or simply forced to do so (i.e. by a well-aimed tranquilizer dart), she absolutely will not depart from her duties until she passes out from exhaustion.
Appearance: The majority of Garnet’s body is covered in black and white feathers, but there are also a number of purple feathers interspersed among the rest, with several of the distinct markings of an eagle of some sort. However, her anthropomorphic proportions defy her being classified as an eagle, especially since her sizeable wings have retreated to her shoulder blades to make room for a set of universaloid arms, but as of yet no one has given her species a real name. Her powerful eyes are a bright magenta colour, and it is easy to see when she is focusing on something a long distance away. She usually wears a dark green tunic of sorts, trimmed with silver and held to her lean body by a simple rope belt.
Weapons: The Renegade is suited for both close- and long-range combat. In her right hand, she carries a mid-weight sword, garnished only with a scarlet pommel stone mounted in the crosshilt. This stone acts as a gyroscope of sorts, stabilizing the blade so that Garnet can execute extremely professional, as well as devastating, attacks. Her other weapon appears to be a crossbow mounted on her left wrist, that looks as if it is a completely automatic weapon, capable of releasing a dozen arrows in about a second and a half. Failing both weapons, she can simply fly headlong at a target, tearing at it with the sharp claws on her talons.
Special Powers: Combining her practiced flying skills with her bladesmanship techniques, Garnet can launch a forceful melee assault on a group of adversaries, practically drilling a hole straight through them, without taking so much as a scratch.

Personality: Not very much is known about Davlos’ life, not even by Davlos himself, before the event that he hesitantly recalls as the Revelation. Thus, he accepts any information given to him regarding his own life, though not without a ton and a half of salt.
As far as Davlos is willing to explain, the adventure he refers to as the Revelation started when he was shot sideways through time by a chronometric distortion singularity (more widely known as a timehole) that opened virtually right on top of him. His inadvertant voyage sent him forward several thousand years, landing him in the midst of the Time Wars of 8082. He was quickly rescued, and even more rapidly recruited, by the faltering Militia Nova, the nth evolution of the Queen’s Legions of old. In spite of his lack of experience, having never before participated in war in his life, he proved to be a valuable asset to the Militia Nova, turning the tables in one battle after another with his quick thinking and improvisation. However, when his biological wings were shorn off in the most decisive skirmish he had yet fought, he was rendered flightless, and subsequently almost powerless, for nearly a full month while a prosthetic set was made for him. Though he had to familiarize himself with his new wings, Davlos continued to be a key factor in the numerous successes of the Militia Nova, and gained the recognition and respect of all those with whom he worked. Following the denouement of the Time Wars (which occurred, oddly enough, two and a half millennia before they began), Davlos was offered the option of returning to his home time. He accepted the offer, though not without his new set of wings and a head full of new experience.
Despite his knowledge of events of the future, Davlos rarely makes outright mention to the fact that he can “predict” such things, at least not without a great deal of prodding. This does not mean he will refuse to disclose where he got his prosthetic wings, which he does on an almost regular basis; he simply doesn’t want to be seen as a fortune-teller. Again despite his knowledge of the future, he is not a genius (though he is quite definitely not an idiot). Notwithstanding, he is not very well-described as an introvert, though he is not particularly extroverted either.
While Davlos is thought to be related to Garnet the Renegade, nobody is entirely sure how. Both of them disavow the other’s existence, so any attempt to get them to explain their relation has been fruitless at best.
Appearance: The majority of Davlos’ upper body is obscured from view by the scarlet body armour he wears, to which his prosthetic wings are attached. The armour protects only Davlos’s shoulders, chest, and back, but he wears little else, save for stylized bracers on his wrists and ankles. The wings themselves are physically comprised of only hinged, limb-like extremities; however, the main body (or lack thereof) of the wings is a semi-transparent, almost holographic yellow sheet of quasi-solid energy. His sharp, blue eyes hide behind a steely visor akin to a one-way mirror, but his curved, orange-yellow beak is plainly visible, as is the crest of red feathers atop and on either side of his head. The feathers covering his torso are a brown-orange colour, while those below his waist are a very dark grey, almost black, and the claws on his talons are reinforced with silvery steel.
Weapons: Davlos carries the same style of weaponry as Garnet (that is, a sword in his right hand, and a mid- to long-range weapon in his left); however, since the Revelation, his armaments have been vastly upgraded. His blade, once a simple
broadsword, has now become an enormous, specially-made beam glaive, with a five foot long, seven inch wide, burning yellow blade, bordered on both edges by an inch of razor-sharp steel. It is important to note that, despite the weapon’s impressive size, it is actually comparatively lightweight and easy to wield, at least for its intended user. In his left hand, he carries a compact, but powerful, twin beam cannon, linked by a series of wires to a small battery attached to the back of his armour, between his wings. Also, he can focus the energy from his beam gun into his armour, which enables him to fire a short, but powerful, wave laser from a fist-sized gap in its chestplate.
Special Powers: Davlos can judge lines of fire from weaponry, like guns, with outstanding proficiency, and as such can dodge bullets before they are even fired.

Personality: The father of the twin sisters Tira and Kira, Axel is the famously infamous miracle engineer of the Carrotan Corps. Short-tempered and foul-mouthed, with an exceptionally strange sense of humour, he tends to make a quick first impression upon those with whom he comes in contact: some find him offensive, while others find him hilarious. Despite his inherent vulgarity, he has earned the respect of those with whom he works, for his propensity for machines and mechanics. Among other things, he is the creator of the DUO control cable, often used by R.O.A.R., R.A.B.T., and the Queen’s Legions to topple Devan’s robotic warriors.
Appearance: Like his daughters, Axel’s fur is an orange-brown colour on the majority of his body, excepting his eartips, tailtip, and the crest of his head, where the fur has greyed with age. His eyes, a dull greyish-blue, hide behind either a pair of small spectacles, or of protective goggles. He wears a buttoned, dark-green shirt under a tan jacket of sorts, as well as pale blue jeans that are nearly torn in half at the knees. His palms and fingertips are usually black with grease, oil, and various other indeterminate substances; even after he washes his hands, for whatever reason, it usually only takes him about twenty minutes to get them completely soiled again.
Weapons: None.
Special Powers: Axel is able to create a device for any purpose at all, though it may take him a short while to do so.

Personality: Ocrana was once a steadfast, not to mention fearsome, soldier in the vast armies of Devan Shell. However, she was outraged with her superiors’ apathy following the death of both of her parents and all but one of her siblings on the field of war, and subsequently left Devan’s forces to fight on her own. Since that time, she has become a much more nightmarish figure than any other lizard the Carrotan forces have ever faced; however, in the same stroke, she does not pose a threat only to the lagomorphic natives of Carrotus, and from time to time even seems indecisive as to which faction she despises more.
Ocrana is not to be considered a mercenary, and even less so one that can or should be trusted at all; in her own words, she has learned better than to fight for anyone but herself. Therefore, if she is ever seen on the field of battle, it’s a wise idea to open fire on her, as it is never friendly fire.
On the rare occasions that one has the opportunity to talk with Ocrana, she is definitely not a quiet creature. She has no problem spitting venom in the form of curses and insults at her interrogator. However, she does have a proclivity to inexplicably vanish as soon as those watching over her look away, so even the offensiveness does not last very long.
Appearance: Ocrana was born a night lizard, a species whose build is identical to the common yellow lizard, but whose scales are black and navy blue to help conceal their movements in the shadows after the sun goes down. However, she has added several unique markings to her body, the majority of which being pale yellow streaks, reminiscent of barbed wire, winding along her arms and around her torso. Her eyes are a deep navy blue, and they flash brightly whenever she glances at someone or something, like lightning on the horizon. A single row of inch-long, sawtooth-like spikes runs down her back, from her neck to the tip of her tail, and her fingers end in sharp claws.
Weapons: At first, it appears that Ocrana is armed only with an innocuous, though gold-coloured, dagger, which is typically seen hanging from her belt. However, the small blade grows and metamorphoses to become a full-length Tesla Spear, which (aside from its colouring) looks like a normal spear, but one whose blade has been split in two and separated by a gap of about six inches, and in which space deadly arcs of electricity bridge the two blades as they glide to the twin points. By swinging the business end of the weapon, she can electrically charge a ribbon of air particles, sending a deadly wave of electricity hurtling toward her target. If all else fails, the spikes along her back provide a rather devastating offense, as their shape, size, and position cause wounds inflicted by them to heal very poorly.
Special Powers: Like Aline Rush, Ocrana has developed a tactic of jamming her Spear into the ground or into a wall and using it as a Pole. While she is not able to run nearly as fast as any rabbit, she uses the spikes on her back to their utmost potential when she comes out of a
Pole-swing, curling into a tightly-wrapped ball and quite literally ripping her way through enemies.
It is also important to note that Ocrana is extremely agile, swift, and quick-thinking on the battlefield; these skills are borne from having to consistently dodge bullets from every direction.

Personality: Osus is usually found working on a sudoku puzzle, with a can of black cherry soda right next to him. While not exactly the fighting type, he is trained in weaponry and his puzzle-solving and strategy skills make him a great addition to your CTF team.
Appearance: Black with a white chest. His hands and feet are yellow-orange. He's built stocky, but he's not in any way short. He's simply big. In combat, he wears his patented "weather cuffs" which give him the forecast for the next two hours based on color, and a black backpack with a first-aid kit, extra emergency ammo, a collapsable spear, and non-perishable food in the form of applesauce.
Weapons: Modded LFG-2000 with auto-rapid fire and bayonet.
Special powers: While Osus doesn't have any super elemental powers, his quick ability to adapt to situations allows him to use almost anything to his advantage. The only way to defeat him is to trap him is a void, and even then Osus has proven he can get out.

Better readjust my character...
Name: Joshua Lightwalker
Age: 15 (does not age)
Appearance: He wears a bright red cap on his head, which is on backwards. This allows his hair to poke through, creating a fringe. His hair is a golden brown. His eyes are a dark green. He wears a white t-shirt, and a necklace which has a jewel (probably an emerald) on the end. He has black trousers, torn by the battles he has been in. His shoes are his own invention. The 'Air Blasters' which propel Joshua forward by shooting out focused air.
Bio: Joshua and his two brothers and sister were abandoned at an early age, after thier mother died, giving birth to Jessi, Joshua's sister. Thier father, for reasons unknown, left them to die. But Joshua was strong-willed for one so young. He helped his siblings through many hardships, and met many friends. Once they were about 12, and Joshua was fifteen, they all went thier seperate ways. But destiny was going to bring them back together again. The dimensions were unstable, causing a vortex of energy to sweep up Joshua, his friends and family.
This vortex unlocked thier powers, which were inherited from thier mother. Sadly, thier brother, Dakoda turned to the darkness, and their sister, Jessi died shortly after the power flowing through her.
Upset with this loss, they met the inhabitents of the Video Dimension, Planet Mobius. Finding it was under a state of turmoil, Joshua, Zac, Seb and The Freedom Fighters managed to force Dr. Robotnik back. Portals were opened to other planets, which were traveled through with Joshua's ship, The J-Wing.
Now, after learning his past, and discovering his power...the Ultimate Gamer sets off to help the Jazz Sector of the Video Dimension....
Weapons: Two Swords. One was forged within the depths of light, making it a powerful weapon against the darkness. And the other, was forged by Joshua when he was younger, to defend his family.
Personallity: A caring person, who has a strong will and firm sense of justice. Not letting evil getting away with thier foul deeds, he travels with his friends to destroy the Darkness. He is calm, but sometimes impatient and has a short temper. He tries to avoid getting close to others, because he fears that they may be taken away from him. When around girls, he is quiet and quite shy.

Name : Roger Thegreat
Species : Two-headed Ogre

Appearance : Roger Thegreat stands at about eight feet high. He is quite fat, but surprisingly for an ogre he wears a tuxedo. His tuxedo miraculously manages to keep his wide girth from spilling out, but at comically inconvenient times it will rip to shreds, like at weddings, Wednesday night mass, or gala events. He known to wear the newest of styles among certain circles, but sadly his ogre heritage, him being an ogre, prevents him from being accepted. Like most warlord ogres, he was born with warpaint-like birthmarks across his chest and face. He is known, however to add new warpaint himself to make his birthmarks more sophisticated artistically. Usually, he will imitate Leonardo DaVinci's great works to as most would say, vulgar results. His Roger head is normally seen wearing a monocle and sipping tea, while his Thegreat head has recently taken to wearing a tophat, and often checking his pocket watch. Roger Thegreat often dons white spats and joins the rockefellers down at Park Avenue.
Biography : Roger Thegreat is the son of chieftain Derek Thegreater, and this has lead to quite a deal of bitterness between them. In fact at the tender age of 54, Roger Thegreat stomped away from his father, in a huff, and vowed never to come back. It was during this time that he attempted to learn the trade of Warlock magicks. However, he had quite a lack of aptitude in the trade, and was soon expelled from the warlock university. His peers were quite relieved, considering the death toll incurred by his frequent keg stand challenges. Poor and penniless, his life was eventually changed when he found, laying on the floor, a copy of the New Yorker. Since then, he has attempted on several occasions to become a wealthy oil tycoon. Naturally, this has never worked, usually on account of him confusing the oil with some sort of delicious foodstuff. However, in trying times, Roger has always had Thegreat to be next to him for encouragement.
Personality : Roger Thegreat is not in fact his full name, but instead is the combined name of his heads; Roger and Thegreat. Roger is essentially the leader of the duo, on account of him having the first name and to boot, a lack of adjectives in said name. He is more arrogant because of this, and usually disregards councilship of others saying things like "Stop eating me!" or "He's already dead!". Thegreat is essentially the realist of the two, despite his firm, unshaking belief in his power in warlock magicks, the economy, and his influence in the community. Obviously, he makes a very bad realist for them. Despite all this, he always perseveres in trying to give helpful advice, or trying to cast spells. And usually failing. This explains a lot about the lack of success Roger Thegreat has met.
Weapons : Roger Thegreat, mighty warlord that he is, tends to have a lot of problems in combat, due to the fact that he fights barehanded. Despite this, he has been known to try and fight people with rolled up copies of The Wallstreet Journal. This goes to explaining why he's given up on weapons.
Abilities : Roger Thegreat has the awe-inspiring ability to horrifyingly fail at casting even the simplest of warlock spells. His bloodlust spell often incurs a rather sexual result, that we dare not describe. In fact, we had better stop describing his magic entirely.
Likes : Bone chewing, the economy, sacrificing children, playing golf with his chums down on Wallstreet, warlock magick
Dislikes : His father, rising trade deficits, when the bones get all sticky in his mouth, when he can't find the driods he's looking for.

I'm planning a story of a much wider scope than "His Motivation in Life" and I've created some characters to participate in that. All I can tell you about this new story (I'm planning out the general direction that the plot will go) is that it will pit Jazz's entire universe against a sinister threat from another galaxy bent on dominating space and time itself. All these characters are created specifically for this story.
Name: Lieutenant Yertle
Species: Genetically altered turtle
Gender: Male
Age: Chronologically 8 - however, artifically accelerated growth keeps him frozen at a physical age of 20.
Appearance: Lt. Yertle is a typical Schwarzenguard; red eyes and imposing muscles. A set of badges and decorations on his shell distinguish him physically.
Biography: An aberration, a mistake, a genetic freak...all these are appropriate titles for Lieutenant Yertle. Yet he managed to become one of Devan Shell's most trusted officers.
Yertle was the result of an experiment by Devan Shell using his Gene Machine; an attempt to create an underling with the raw strength of Devan's legendarily fearsome Schwarzenguards and a normal intelligence. A flaw in the Gene Machine had caused the Scwarzenguards to experience deteriorated brain functions, making them fairly stupid. With Yertle, Devan hoped to create the ultimate soldier: powerfully physically and mentally.
Yertle is unique among Schwarzenguards with his intelligence. In fact, he is a tactical genius on the battlefield, making him valuable to Devan. Devan was so impressed with Yertle that he promoted him to Chief Lieutenant of the Turtle Terrorist Syndicate. making him only second to Devan himself in rank in the Turtle Terrorists.
Devan never employed Yertle in his early battles against Jazz Jackrabbit. During the Twin Mega Battleships scheme, Yertle was still in an embryonic stage and Devan didn't dare risk Yertle during the time machine battle. During the later stages of the rabbit-turtle conflict, Yertle coordinated the battle mostly from the sidelines. It would not do to risk the most brilliant tactical genius on the battlefield.
Personality: Yertle was the only one of his kind because Devan wanted soldiers more for their loyalty than intelligence. The theory went that a stupid soldier was less likely to turn against Devan Shell than a smart one. With Yertle, however, Devan felt secure.
Yertle not only respects Devan immensely (calling him a "visionary"), but actually deifies him and worships him as a god - a fact that Devan delights in to no end. Yertle will fight to the death to defend Devan or even Devan's honour.
Yertle possesses none of the famous Schwarzenguard brutality. Quite the opposite, in fact. While Yertle is a brilliant tactician, he prefers to lose no more lives than he must - friendly or enemy. Yertle actually respects life and while he considers a few deaths to be the necessary price of war, doesn't believe in slaughters. It is for this reason that he is highly respected among his troops...moreso than Devan, even.
The one being that Yertle truly hates is Jazz Jackrabbit for the reason that he defied "Lord Shell".
Weapons: Yertle employs in combat a modified LFG-2000. The modified LFG-2000 can only fire a basic blaster bolt, but carries significantly more power than a typical LFG.
Abilities: No other turtle can match Yertle's skills on the battlefield. He is brilliant at predicting enemy maneveurs and countering them - with a minimal loss of life, of course. He can rally his troops almost effortlessly in battle.
Likes: Devan Shell, war.
Dislikes: Jazz Jackrabbit, excessive death in war.
Quotes: "Lord Shell's word is law!"
"Jazz Jackrabbit, your end is at hand. My only ambition is to see you scream for mercy in regret for defying the great Lord Shell. I will make this ambition reality. This I swear."

Name: Cerberus
Species: Overseer (see below)
Gender: Unknown
Age: Unknown
Appearance: Unknown...nobody who would tell has ever survived an encounter with him.
Biography: The Overseers are the alien threat bent on destroying the Carrot Sector (the region of space that the planets in the Jazz games occupy). While most species in the galaxy evolved to meet their needs physically, the Overseers instead evolved their minds, becoming extremely powerful psychics while leaving their physical bodies diminuitive and degenerated. The Overseers have mastered the art of telekinetics and consider themselves the pinnacle of evolution. Thus, they consider themselves the masters of all lesser, "primitive" beings. They thus consider it their evolutionary right to dominate the Carrot Sector and its inhabitants.
Cerberus is the Grand Foreman of the Overseers; the very top of Overseer society. The Grand Foreman dictates the actions of the Overseers as a race. And it was Grand Foreman Cerberus who hatched the plot to conquer the Carrot Sector.
The position of Grand Foreman is kept until death and a new one is appointed immediately following the demise of the current Grand Foreman. The Grand Foreman is appointed to the one Overseer out of their entire society to be considered the most advanced evolutionarily. Cerberus was chosen out of the entire Overseer society and now rules their society with an iron fist.
Personality: Very little is known about Grand Foreman Cerberus. His ruthlessness is legendary. He shows as little mercy to his underlings as he does his enemies. It is his firm, unshakable belief that he is the most evolved being in the galaxy and that it his birthright to take the entire universe and rule it as he and only he sees fit...
Weapons: Unknown...
Abilities: Unknown...
Likes: Conquest, domination, and the subjugation of entire societies.
Dislikes: Any who dissent to his reign of terror.
Quote: "The galaxy is ours...system by system, star by star, planet by planet, we will take it for our own. We are the masters of the universe. We cannot be stopped. Do you think we can be? Then just TRY and stop us!"

Name: Vorastis
Species: Overseer
Gender: Male
Age: Unknown...
Appearance: Vorastis is a typical Overseer, physically. He is extremely short, as is the nature of his people, not even standing two feet. His skin is an extremely pale white, as if his flesh were bleached. His body is extremely skinny, more snakelike than anything. He is clad in a tiny red jumpsuit. His arms, like those of any Overseer, do not end in hands or even wrists, but simply in points that make his arms (and legs as well) resemble tentacles more than limbs. Indeed, his limbs move in a similar rubbery fashion. His eyes are extremely narrow slits.
Biography: Vorastis is the Prime Overseer of the Carrot Sector. That is, he is in charge of the conquest of the Carrot Sector, having control of all Overseer troops in the region.
At some point in his life, Vorastis did something to earn the respect of Grand Foreman Cerberus. Vorastis is trusted by Cerberus above all others and is not only Prime Overseer of the Carrot Sector, but Prime Overseer of the galaxy - putting him in the very top echelons of Overseer society. He is a very independent and self-willed Overseer, except when receiving direct orders from Cerberus. Then he is rigid and unyielding to even the slightest alteration of Cerberus' plans.
Personality: Vorastis is so callous and unemotional that some question if he even has emotions at all. Vorastis will do anything - anything - to achieve his goal. He speaks in a droning, serene monotone and only seems to really "come to life" when taking pleasure in the suffering of others or when displaying anger.
Weapons: None, weapons are far below someone like Vorastis.
Abilities: Vorastis is extremely accomplished at the art of telekinetics and uses them not only with great skill, but also creativity. He, like most Overseers, doesn't use his body even for transportation, but rather levitates about using the sheer power of his mind.
Likes: Grand Foreman Cerberus, power, the suffering of his enemies.
Dislikes: Any that stand in his way.
Quotes: "Bow down, primitive beings! You are in the presence of Prime Overseer Vorastis. Your fate is in my hands. It is most unfortunate that mercy is not among my virtues."

Here's another character. I don't know if I'm actually going to use him or not. He's basically an amalgation of every negative aspect of a politician I could think of.
Name: Walter Wallis Wartthroat
Species: Lagunican Frog
Gender: Male
Age: 43
Appearance: Wartthroat is physically repulsive. Very short (only 3 feet tall), he is very fat and blubbery. He possesses a massive throat, which quivers when he speaks. His eyes bulge out of their sockets and his skin is a pale green colour. He often dresses in fancy suits. His body constantly oozes with a sickly slime. He produces even more slime when he's nervous or excited.
Biography: Born to the affluent Wartthroat bloodline on Lagunicus, Wartthroat was born into a family of excess wealth. The ancestors of the Wartthroat clan accumulated a vast fortune decades ago, and now the bloodline subsides on that stored wealth. Surrounded all his life by sycophantic servants and fair-weather friends looking for a piece of his wealth, Wartthroat spent his life in a position of power.
Most of the sons of the Wartthroat clan end up as shiftless lazy partygoers. Walter Wartthroat, however, developed a craving for power and entered politics. With his amazing oratory skill, prestigious family name, and vast wealth, Wartthroat managed to get himself elected Chief of Planet Lagunicus, the most politically powerful position on the planet. After the Carrotus-Turtle Terrorist Wars came to an end with Devan Shell on the run, politicans across the sector began pressing for the formation of a Sectorial Council, a governing body for the Carrot Sector at large, including all planets with a population of sentinent beings. Wartthroat was one of the proposal's strongest supporters, seeing it as an opportunity to consolidate more power. Wartthroat again used his influence as a politician to become Chief Councillor.
He is not trusted by Jazz Jackrabbit and his family.
Personality: Wartthroat is callous and power hungry. He sees other beings solely in terms of how useful they are to him at any given moment. Though incredibly cowardly and fearful for his own life, he is nonetheless bold and ruthless politically. Though he is no murderer, Wartthroat will do anything - blackmail, intimidation, bribery, all of it - to achieve his goals.
Wartthroat seeks power for the sake of power. Power for the sole feeling of pride and triumph he gets when he achieves power.
Weapons: None.
Abilities: Wartthroat is an excellent public speaker and it's said he has a silver tongue. With his wealth and speeches, he can bend almost anyone to his will.
Likes: Power, money.
Dislikes: Weakness, anyone he percieves to be a threat.
