Doth anybody know where I can find the old Super Mario World tileset? I believe it was available to download on Jazz2City. If so, please inform me of where I may find it.

I have no idea what tileset you're talking about, but I think I've got some old mario tilesets that might match your description. Pm me if you want to know more...

Considering the fact that I have over 5, I don't know what happened to it.

Anything space related? Unfortunately, it seems as if every tileset is space-related.

Not necessarily.
Space tilesets, alongside futuristic tilesets, usually have the most versatility for building with. At least, that's what I find. That's why the Tubelectric tileset is so popular. I've found at least five battle levels with the Tubelectric tileset, and a sixth that's under construction by me.
I'm not saying that other tilesets aren't versatile (:D), considering i've also found a good deal of excellent levels with non-futuristic tilesets; it just seems like futurism is more easily built, while still maintaining that perfect level of extra-crunchy gaming goodness. That's just my opinion.
btw, please don't shoot me for the above awful pun.

*Whacks 4IFalcon upon the head with the Steel Pipe of Dishonour*. That pun was BAAAAD! Anyway, I think I know which SMW tileset you mean. Try getting it at the new J2C address (note:it's just an archive), but I forget the address.:(

They don't suck. They're disturbingly overused, however.

It's the backgrounds. It's easy to draw a black tile with lots of little white dots.
