Recently in #jj2 I had the idea to start making some products on CafePress for the Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Community, just some inside jokes and stuff that only we would understand.

The current store, called Jazz Community Junk (JCJ) can be viewed <a href="http://www.cafepress.com/cp/store/store.aspx?storeid=jj2swagjunk" target="_new">here</a>. There is only one T-Shirt at the time, but I thought I'd start this thread to get ideas for new products. I want things that reflect our unique gaming community. Thusly, I imagine we'll have a lot of really weird products.

I plan on changing them randomly when new ideas pop up, so if you don't like something or your suggestion hasn't been used, then check back frequently for updates.

As for suggestions or giving me pictures, stay away from copyrighted stuff (I don't think we can actually use Jazz, Spaz, Lori, etc or even mention them, and I'm not too keen on having a Copyright for Epic on the stuff).

Anyway, suggest away.

Fund-raiser for JJ3 creation? No amount of T-Shirt profits we can raise (Some money goes to Hanes for the shirts, I'm guessing) will get the JJ2 team back to JJ3, unfortunately.

Right now with the only product available, I would get prolly a little less than $2 / item, and all of those profits would go for the benefit of SpiffyJuice or other community-related things. If a lot of you don't like the idea of me getting profits for this, then I'd be more than glad to lower the price slightly (an extra dollar doesn't make much of a difference overall, though).

One of the ideas I liked so far was to put some original art on an item (maybe a mousepad or a frisbee or something like that). Remember, I'll be changing the designs every-so-often, so if you're dicouraged that your idea hasn't been utilized yet, it may be put into use at sometime or another without warning.

Could this be added to the news? I PMed FQuist after I remembered he was gone, and I PMed someone else but they haven't done anything. Maybe even having it added to the menu at the top of J2O would be nice, but I don't know what they'd think of that =P

Just to let you know, I lowered the prices all to CafePress's base price. In other words, you're paying the very least available, thus I am not making any money. This could in no way be a way of paying for anything unless you wanted me to raise the prices to be higher. So...buy something.

I also want some original artwork, so if anyone has anything they'd want, put it in here (link to it, don't post the actual image).

Hey Quist...I was thinking, maybe this whole store could be linked to on J2O and all profits could go towards its well-being? We wouldn't want people like Bobbt spending their well-earned money in vain =) In a sense it could be a way for the community to repay you guys back and for more support.
