whats wrong?

SUddenly when I start Jazz2, it wont start, its icon appears minimized on the startbar thing, and it wont let me maxamize it. What do you thinks wrong?

the specs dont matter
press on the icon in task bar Right click Maximise theres something like that and then Choose the Right Video Resolution
